No just the people running them have other things to do.

The guy behind noobmeter stopped playing WoT for awhile, although he is back playing again now.

Never is in the Americas so GDPR is completely meaningless to him, his dedication to wotlabs fell off way before GDPR.

Yes and no. GDPR triggered WG to update their TOS for API access. And to enforce them they're blocking API keys until the owners accept the new rules. Also they disabled the demo key as well.

They have been going on and off for almost a year. I suspect they lack time to update everything or keep it running, as this was a thing even before GDPR was.

It works again, the stats part was broken for a day or two when WG started blocking the API keys.

Why do folk need a 'noobmeter' when all you have to do apparently is look at someones stats?

Noobmeter has a nice way to show your progress over time. It is nice if you want to keep track on your own recent performance.

GDPR is still a concern in the US and the rest of the world. It applies when you have a user that lives in the EU

For corporations doing business in the EU sure. Dunno what EU wants to do about private persons in the US, even if GDPR in theory applies to them as well.

Always liked noobmeter for its interface and how easy to see progress over a specific time period.

Also stuff like how ppl play can sort of easily be analysed from it....
