this starts to get boring

i get almost the same DPM as on either the KV-13 or T-43 (even though I had to research top gun, because apparently isn't the same at all), while having more camo than either of them and twice mobility with my retrained 5 skill TD crew.

wg please make the game entertaining for me. it's not fun that enemies are too blind to me. this already feels like T-100 LT three tiers lower.

Play non-RASHA DA DA COMRADE tanks.

What is your point?

I am sure you can point us to it whitout elaborating in epic fashion.

Be thankful, since their massive overnerf most of the non-RUSHA light tanks are just blood awful, especially with the new "moar corridors comrade!" map design.

I can't agree. German LTs seem to be the weakest, except tier 4, 5 and 9. Frenchies and chinese are all pretty much good. USA has many gems in their tech tree too.

LTG seem strong, until you realize there is T71 DA on this tier, which can clip you before you can reload 3rd shot and also has 30 m more view range and other strong LTs like 13 57, 13 75, WZ-131 and Type 62.

"non-RUSHA light tanks are just blood awful" - far from it. There is strong competition.

But there is no competition between "average tier 7 mediums" and tier 7 light tanks. Similar pen and alpha. Meds get more DPM, HP and armour which mean less than view range, camo and mobility on this tier. And this is the point of this topic.

You do know that ramming and decent turret armor is what makes most of these soviet LTs? I've bounced shot after shot against all the french and US LTs just by being up in their face, them being unable to shoot my hull because of this tanks' incredibly low profile, while dealing immense amounts of ramming due to the things' best tier-for-tier mobility and weight of 25t. And then there are 300 alpha HE that I use occasionally.

Surely it's lack of VR is the worst thing about it,but then again nobody forces you to actually scout; just do it when necessary. Needless to say, tank has great dispersion on the move.

Plays just about as the same soviet mediums in the same tier (with the exception of A-44).

I'm not proud of lots of assist in the 70 battles I've done, but nobody exactly got pissed by it,because of my DPM potential.

LTG was a lot of fun. Sneaky worm-like creepy crawler.

The looks of it remind me of that evil professor guy in Disney Cars.

Still on the MT-25, but almost have the LTG unlocked. Comparing the LTG to the T71 CMCD the two biggest drawbacks I see are the lower RoF and pretty crap VR. I guess you play it as a fast medium? What equipment you guys run on it?

I don't have it anymore but IIRC I went with Rammer + Vstab + Binocs. The view range with optics is so low that I just couldn't accept it. You could get away with optics if you run food + vents (and/or BiA crew).

I don't run food on grind tanks and I didn't have BiA so I went with binocs.

I used standard equipment set No. 1: rammer, vstabs, optics, and it yielded a nice 1k+ DPG. However, vbaddict says that vents are preferred over vstabs. Either way it's a great tank.

What? You mean you enjoy a class which requires skill to be played well and if skill is present can wipe the [edited]with any other class in the game?

You mean the way it's supposed to be in the first place where a skilled player will pretty much always win against a none-skilled one?

Yeah you are right, that is not how Wargaming balances their game though, skill needs to have the least impact possible if at all possible.

I would say it depends on your crew and willingness to use food.

I personally use vents, rammer and optics, crew has 3rd skill on like 80% (BIA and Situational awareness as view skills only) - and with food I hit 447 or something like that view range. It is not utterly amazing and I would definitely love to get more (next perk on commander is going to be recon, so then it should get even more better :) ), but on T7 it suffice IMO, especially since your camo is pretty nice ;)

well, the T71 auto is much better, but the LTG came in as my second best T7 light. Not a keeper though.

But ramming lighter tanks after shooting them is so much fun :)

You can often dispose of them in a few seconds.

Replay or it didn't happen:) Seriously, nice results I would like to see some replays which define how you play LTG. I like LTs on T7, for me the last tier where they seem to work, it goes downhill on T8 for me.
