I don't know much about PUBG but with everything I do know I wouldn't touch it with a 30 ft. rusty halberd... but most importantly I'd wonder why people'd consider that some other version of PUBG (on mobile phones, really?) would draw people from WoT any more than the current incarnation of the game would.

Why would you play games on your mobile phone?

What is PUBG mobile? If you have an axe to grind at least be clear what you are talking about.

I am currently not that interested in playing WoT, but that has nothing to do with PUBG on an platform.

I feel that the average age of a WOT player (or at least of the average WoT forumite) may be a little higher than that of the average PUBG player.

No, because I'm older than 12.

Right now, the only thing that makes me lose interest in WoT is WoT.

It's this smaller sized nonsense..... http://www.pubgmobile.com/en-US/ on a tab or mobile phone.

Mobile "gaming" is directly responsible of half the cancer currently prevalent in management and "monetisation" (I so [edited]hate this word) of regular games. As far as I am concerned, mobile games should go die in a ditch. In fact, mobile games should have never happened in the first place.

You have to differentiate between those mobile games that try to be "real" games and those little mobile games that don't take themselves too seriously.

There are damn good mobile games that are fun and worth supporting, but sadly, those are completely swamped by all that other crap, be it shooters, RTS games or whatever the publishers cough out for easy cash.

Over the past 3 years I bought 5 games - all of them being mobile games:

Day R: A very very simple yet very very deep survival/exploring game on a 2D map.

Monument Valley: A very very simple yet very very lovely puzzle game.

Reigns: A very very simple yet very very unique and entertaning... uh... no idea what it is. A... interactive-novel-like... decision... card game.

Soda Dungeon: A very very simple yet funny little grinding game.

Samorost 3: A very very simple yet beatiful and imaginative point and click adventure game. (To be fair, it's a PC port...)
