err... discovered that marathon today by logging in.

was it announced anywhere? because then I missed it, inspite of looking at the news and also at the July specials "sneak peak".

then... why so little info? it seems to be one mission a day, what happens if we miss one mission??

Noticed that doing both kinds of mission in the same day isn't allowed... why, WG?

It's basicly the same formula as on the Progetto marathon that had you choose between grinding out xp or git gud with tier X tanks.

Because then ppl would do it in half the time and it wouldnt have as much effect in shoring up the player numbers, doh!

Do they also run the same kind of a discount scheme as with the Pitaetto?

Nah it's just an average tier 5 premium tank so you get to pay for the whole thing.

"The Battle of Kursk featured a certain list of vehicle models from both opposing forces, so those players who have the vehicles in their garages will get advantage over those who don’t."

Day 3 - Block 3000 dmg vs Block 2000 dmg

I dare you to do the 2000 in any of the listed vehicles over just playing any superheavy since having to do less is apparently an advantage even though none of the listed vehicles are suited for completing this type of mission with consistency.

Shows how much thought they put into the missions.

Did the damaging hit mission with a LT in the first game and today's mission with two meds in the first two games.

did the 'block 3K damage' one in two games in my OBJ 257. First game blocked like 1.5K by just yoloing into a bunch of tier 10s (I survived and we won) and the 2nd game blocked around 3K damage so nice and easy.

I decided to do todays mission with an "authentic" Kursk vehicle for science

1st battle: 3 arties per side - 5 lefe

2nd battle: 1 arty per side - 2 lefe

3rd battle: 2 arties per side - 3 lefe

4th battle: 2 arties per side - 2 lefe

5th battle: 2 arties per side - 3 lefe

The gameplay was fun and dynamic

As it would because there's more arty cover than if there was bishops or grilles.

On 3rd and 5th battle the 1 odd arty was Grille since it's a mission vehicle.

I completed the mission on first game, I even passed past the 3000blocked by 4800blocked on my VK 100.01.

Thats why you should have least a keeper tank on each class for missions.

Relax, even if you only see the missions now you can still get 30 days for a free Lel Armoured T-34.

I've seen quite a few in game already, not that surprised ppl are willing to pay for it...
