So today seems to be one of those days when no matter how hard you try is hard to find the will to play. It`s one bad game after another. Maybe Claus is right and the game is possessed.... who knows?! Still, last game I was on Serene Coast playing in my 50B. Of course it ended bad for us. 90% of the team went East flank, including the only 2 meds in the team: and Obj 140 and a 430. Needless to say, they both died in less then 2 minutes. So, after the game, I went and check their profiles. Obj 140 was your average player so nothing fancy about that... we all have bad games. But then I looked at Obj 430 and... oh boy... my eyes start bleeding instantly. Yet, this is not why I decide to start this thread. You see, the Obj 430 (I don`t consider this to be naming&shaming) started his account on June 21, like 16 days ago. Yet, he already have over 2500 battles... that`s like 157 battles a day! :amazed: I mean, even with 5 min a battle, this adds up to 13 hours every single day for the last 2 weeks. And then you wonder why even higher tiers are unplayable...

You see a lot of low battle players in high tiers lately. Don't ask me how they got to tier 9 or even 10 in less than 3k battles.

Well if you truly believe those 80k+ accounts that log-in and -out each day like clockwork, exactly like clockwork, for the past years, that those are truly all humans having the same sleeping pattern, which they of course could be, then no, it's not afk people.

We all know there are people who use botprograms to grind the game for them. Looks like you spotted one. Unsure what the point of these accounts is. Guess its owner is too lazy to grind, uses the Locust to grind the necessary credits and probably free xp (tier 2 seems entirely skipped).

Keep in mind it's still naming and shaming.

as it's an obivous BOT, I am highly sceptical that it can be called "a player". therefore, no naming and shaming here, as only human beings can feel shame. I rest my case, your honor.

What that looks like to me is one of those recruit tank accounts you can buy on Ebay, you pay them like 20 Euros, they set up an accounts as your 'recruit', grind to a tier 10 for you in like a few weeks and you get the T95E2.

Basically this. You can do a fast search and find a few that are willing to grind it for you. Most play them like the Intel prize event low tier rushers did. Yolo, get XP, die, play a different game in a mid tier for credits, do the same there. Then repeat on the tier 9 again. So by the time he gets banned it won't matter.

I would agree that the player who owns that account also employs a bot program. It's still naming and shaming, even though I doubt the human who owns the account feels actual shame about it.

It is obvious that WG are flooding the matches with bots. Even a stupid mongol would of learned something at reaching a tier x tank

Take off the tinfoil for a second and consider this.

If Wargaming were to devise bots for this game to make up for a lack of players like they've done for their other products, why would said bot need an account to grind through the lines and grind the credits to buy tanks instead of just spawning in the game or simply having all the tanks required?

Just as bad as buying an account on ebay.

The only thing you can say about the post you quoted is...

But they still keep playing the game...so it can't be that bad.

Well. If we had a progress system, even a very soft and simple one, these things wouldn't exist.
But we always had those accounts, it's nothing new. The problem is that it all got worse over the years, so that you get those - meaning both bots and botlevel players - in every single match.

Because new players get a free Tier 6 tech tree tank of their choice after merely completing the bootcamp missions recently included in the patch.

Nothing to do with bots or such rubbish. It's just poor players rushing up the tiers and now they can do this quickly thanks to WG.

Imagine if tier x is actually filled with gold spamming bots that force everyone else to spam gold too. :o Wouldn't that be just so evil? Wargaming, me and my ideas are all yours if you need me! :D

Your calculations are off because you left out the fact that he has 9 tanks not just one. So when he dies in 2 minutes in one tank he doesn't wait around for the battle to finish, he goes back to the garage, jumps in another tank and enters another battle. This and the fact that many are low tiers (battles don't last long in low-tier games) means he can have a lot of battles in a single hour. Maybe 15-20 or more. So you're wrong about him being a bot, and you've also committed naming and shaming. Edit his name out of that pic.
