I expect new level of tanks to be added into game - purchaseble only with bonds but not requiring playing campaigns/cw. And this to be the first one along with other changed/removed t10 tanks. Basically instead of people keeping their old nerfed/removed foch155s/183s now they will have to buy them with bonds :) (for tanks changed in the future)

The Grille 15 render is not the only thing in the test server - take a look at these two weird things:

IS-4 with Object 701 turret

Chi-Ri with German 8.8 cm gun

At first, the IS-4 seems like a stock ST-I - but it isn't. It's clearly the hull of the IS-4, but with the Object 701 (stock ST-I) turret. Even more weird enough, the ST-I is in it's top configuration:

Spoiler

Normally, the tanks are shown in-garage selection screen either in their stock config or their historical config. ST-I is normally shown with the stock gun and top turret, however, in this render it is shown with the top turret AND top gun. IS-4 also has the Object 701 turret, which could indicate it to be a stock turret. It even had it IRL, since the Object 701 was the prototype model of the IS-4 after all. This could indicate it to be a stock turret. These two things suggests that WG is probably planning IS-4 and ST-I swap they have mentioned numerous times since early 2017. The IS-4 render is fresh and never seen before.

As for the Chi-Ri, it seems really weird, out of the place and doesnt really make sense; however, just like the Grille and IS-4/ST-I, WG has mentioned Japanese MT line changes being planned, which is reasonable since the line is horribly outdated, with no meaningful changes done since it's introduction in 2013.

Maybe they rendered the changed Grille 15, ST-I/IS-4 swap and Chi-Ri with 8.8cm in advance. However, who knows. Maybe these renders are just a mistake. Maybe they are just trolling us...although, Chi-Ri with 8.8 cm sounds like a super questionable troll attempt, as probably no one is gonna buy and test a Chi-Ri on the test server. What is most exciting thing about these renders though is that they are related to exactly 3 lines/tanks WG has mentioned that they are planning to do changes but havent done it yet...so maybe it's something?

Well he don't know what tier it is even, or what gun it has. But as stated by the Q&A he quoted. They have planned a new variant for a while. So either it will be the same as the Foch 155 deal, and this is the new one. Or it's not, and it's a straight up change to the current tank.

Sadly I doubt it's for a new set of PM.

That is how the original Grille 12/15 would've looked like if it had been built, right? It says so in the wiki.

Unlike what it says on the sauce, it's not fake.

Well, the chi-ri was planned to have the 88mm gun (altho not german, but a mod of AA gun of japanese mod of WW1 german flak). Maybe an indication of swapping the IS-4 and ST-I also?
