hello and hi to all you fellow tankers out there

So far I love this game albeit  with only 530 games played

I thought I would jump straight into the hornets nest and play premium straight off the bat and learn the hard way

I am playing the game with only 4 tanks and working my way to the Medium p.44 Pantera

See you all on the battlefield.

Pantera is one of the more difficult tanks to play unless you play in a platoon. I suggest trying an easier vehicle, for example the Soviet heavies.

So you jumped in at the deeper end of the pool?

Welcome to the forums and the game :)

whenevery anything is unclear or irritating, just ask about it in a friendly manner (your introduction abone indicates you are right on track there) and (mostly) helpful replies will follow ;)

See you on the battlefield o7

Well, if you're willing to put in the effort, you'll learn faster in the deep end :)

Welcome to the game!

Yup.  No doubt someone will be along to tell you to play tier 3 to learn the game but the game is totally different at low tiers and anything you learn there you will have to unlearn again.

Absolutely, low tier bobs will pull you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

Welcome. That's a nice introduction and quite the opposite to what we get here normally...

However, I have to be honest: What you did is by far the WORST thing you can do in this game. You didn't only just throw 100+€ at a game you don't know, you also jumped right into the part of the game where you need experience and understanding of the gamemechanics to perform positively. Right now you are nothing but a huge burden for everyone around you, so my advice would be to start over properly - at tier ONE - to learn the very basics of the game before you set foot in the higher tiers..

Yes, it's tremendous fun, don't delay to get into a clan that will suit, and tooning with fellow members for fun, imho, makes the game even more enjoyable!

Hi and thank you all for making me feel wellcome here on the forums, some of you have stated that I should have started from tier 1, but I took a chance and yes you are all right and correct  in stating that.

The amount of abuse and hatred towards me on the chat even getting my mum in volved in chat, why would that say these things they don't even know me or my mum, but I am very thick skinned and I don't even bother to reply, so yes the trolls have had a go at my LOWE wrong position I guess..

Anyway since joining  World of Tanks I am aiming towards the pantera despite being warned that you need to be an experienced player and I need to be in a platoon so I will give it a try later.

As for clan never been in one so if you wan't to take me in your wing then I will join, I have teamspeak headset and mic..

Thanks again for all the nice replys

They are apparently intimate with my mum too, so playing from tier 1 doesn't make any difference there.

yeah i also believe mum related "discussions" can be had in all tiers(dont have tier IX-X tanks yet, but i doubt it'd be any different there)

As much as jumping in at the deep end can be good, have you considered doing a grind?

It does give you the experience of the characteristics of a line, and is also easier on the wallet.

yeh its like that at the begining see you in 25000 battles time you never know you might be one of the lucky ones . just be careful not to put £700.00 into the game .
