So when? I don't know any other game with such huge number of updates during year. This is ridiculous. What worse WG with almost every patch changes characteristics of vehicles. So super tests are worthless waste of time? Lets say one has choose to grind specific line of tank to get at the end specific top tank. He spends months grinding to get there and suddenly WG patches the game and changes characteristics of the tank and one realizes that he gets not what he was expected to get at the beginning of grind. This makes WoT piece of c..p. Is this just my opinion? You guys don't care about that?

Probably crying as OP has to update his (cheat) XVM every time.

also, would you prefer a game that doesn't have any updates or new content? Just look at Armored Warfare and see how far it got them?

Most free to play titles have regular updates.  They attract new customers and help retain old.  WG's issue Like CCP's many years ago.  Is, that they are so focused on updates, that they are not balancing the game or reducing power creep.  They need to take at least one development cycle and balance the game around he meta they are creating.

Change is good, you should start with your nickname.

As long as I don't have to download gazillions of Gigabytes for hours every now and then (like i'd have to for WT but also for AW), I'm totally fine with it. And if you regularly don't get what you expected, that doesn't necessarily have to be the updates, it could also be your expectations trolling you.

This must clearly be the only mmo you play then if you find the current amount of updates to be too many

Most games I play do small updates once or twice a week even. So WG is trailing behind for that title. That and you know how some of the "drama queens" on this forum "WG's words not mine" get when WG don't patch their issues instantly.

It also keeps XVM out of the game as a nice side effect.

Updating the game with the right content would be better though. These guys are supposed to be smart. Not sure why they try hard at pi**ing us off.

Well, he's kind of got a point when it comes to changing characteristics. It's kind of a feature of the powercreep that you can't play normally to get to the newest FOTM tank. Powergrind or GTFO; you get about four-five months before it'll get nerfed (usually).

It's part of their modus operandi:

Introduce a new tank line with blatantly over-performing/-powered top tiers so everyone has an incentive to grind said line.

Then when the maximum amount of gold has been spent on free-XP conversion to skip the compulsory free-XP sinks around tier 6-8 bring out a patch that equalizes the top-tiers and properly balances them.

They've been doing this for years, stop falling for the same trick over and over again. Do not grind new lines to get the top tiers that are flavor of the month, they will be nerfed soon enough.

Edit: see the reply above this one to see what I mean.
