My 3 would be, in no particular order.

1: Reversed inclusion of Japanose heavies.

2: Reversed change of the old Obj 263 line.

3: Reversed change of the matchmaker into a template one.

- Matchmaking by template. I'd rather have a few really bad matchups and the rest ok-good than the majority meh and some good like it is now.

- light tank rework & extension to tier 10. (This includes I get my old ELC back)

- reworking arty instead of removing the class

3-5-7 and everything that came with it. 

Scout MM "Yes I miss bullying tier 8's in my tier 5 scouts, or even Tigers in my Luchs". 

And getting the old SU-122-54 back in the correct spot.

1. reverse accuracy changes

2. reverse matchmaker changes

3. reverse LT changes, first of all we would get elc amx back, 2ndly and most important, we would have less yoloing muppets with top tier tanks, losing tier 8 scout didnt hurt as much as losing top tier LT with 3/5/7 template

1: "Heavies should not be penetrable by the front" (includes jap heavies and that Obj V4 thing)
2: "Better than regular tanks" premiums

1. Removal of the chat with the enemy team.

2. Stealing my T50-2 and leaving a MT-25 behind.

3. Arty nerf of 2014.

Reverse nerf of T-50

Reverse the changes made to SPGs.

  • Revert light tanks back to the way they were (+3MM) and lose the high tier ones above tier 8...Give them back their roles.

 

  • Lose all the super heavies and that train of thought that was implemented in this game thanks to Murazor including loss of the tanks weakspots.... and the corridor map changes that came with it.

 

  • Give the game back all of its old maps no matter how broken they are (Some of the ones they kept and changed are just as bad)....I would rather have a variety of unbalanced maps rather than just a few?

1; 3-5-7 MM, that puts platoons always on the bottom tier.

2; Global accuracy nerf

3; Armor creep forcing more gold spam

 

These things combined with arty and other game balance problems have mostly driven me away. Last 2 years I've played perhaps for 4 weeks (last I came back for the frontlines-gamemode). Still visit the forum occasionally in the hopes of seeing improvements and reasons to start playing again. But as it is now, for me WOT was a good game..

1. The micropatch shortly after template MM was first introduced, which made 3-5-7 the preferred template.

Splitting the EU and NA server.

Removing the dog kennel sounds.

Adding new TDs & mediums instead of moving the tier IX to tier X.

1st, I would declare the experiment with templates a failure and revert the matchmaker to the weighted version that we had before. I would be tempted to revert it even a little further, so as to get rid of the mirrored team composition, which IMO dumbs down the game for no good reason; I suppose this latter plan would create some QQ because the mirrored teams have some arguable benefits, but the templates have not brought anything that is worth keeping, so they would simply go to the rubbish bin.

 

2nd, I would revert the light tanks overhaul as much as possible, as there was nothing wrong with light tanks as they were before that change; that massive pillaging was just uncalled for and created the problem of premium lights that were suddenly playing one tier below what they had been designed for. The tier 10 LTs would simply move to tier 9 and get scout matchmaking; whether they need buffs or other changes is beyond my competence, so I'd leave this question to someone else.

 

3rd, I don't have an immediate idea for the 3rd thing to revert. There are multiple overpowered premium tanks that objectively need to be nerfed, but this is not one "thing" and I'm not sure I would want to touch this if I were somehow interested in WG's well-doing. Yes, Japanese heavy tanks have brought nothing good to the game and we would be better off without them, but I suppose there is some EU law that would meen a lot of faeces in some fan if an entire line would simply disappear overnight, leaving players wondering what they have been grinding for.

1) Back to old style matchmaker

2) Invest in team modes instead of killing them (skill based skirmishes, tanks you can buy for bonds after some grueling CW campaign etc). 

3) Make some decent maps (not crap like Paris).
