well, "strong" is a strong word. you got distracted from your elves/orks, collected information on tanks, used some of that information to put it into a game and got lucky with it without trying too hard.

WG hasn't been much before WoT, and after WoT, there will be nothing left of you (except for a few rich ruskies).

So, thanks for the tanks, celebrate your 7+ years as a one-hit-wonder.

This would be a good time to sell out --  cash in -- and let the game be taken over by a capable company or even better by the player base through some kind of crowd funding project .

200.000.000 players is a lot. Is that really the number of unique individuals though or "just" (I mean it's still an impressive amount) the number of created accounts?

Happy b'day. Gief cake.

"become one of the leading free-to-play gaming developers and publishers"

if leading means falling from rank 4 > 8 by income you're right.

200.000.000 registered players and how much playing?

And respect the power u put into the yt-video, 20y and just a video like that. impressive.

But good to know where u spend the money:

example

And your'e proud of

"2009 Wargaming develops another RTS game: Order of War":

Square Enix announced in September 2013 that it was shutting down.

Challenge became unplayable (in a legal fashion) and was completely removed from Stream, including from the on-disk libraries of users that had purchased licenses for it. While other games have been removed from Steam's distribution channel before, Challenge has the dubious distinction of being the first game to be removed not only from the Steam store, but also automatically wiped from the disks of its users.

"2013 World of Warplanes takes flight."

5yr later a worldwide playerbase of 3.000 - 4000 active players.

" 2016 Master of Orion sets coordinates for launch."

2yr later 500players

What happens to Hybrid Wars?

Strange "history".

No mention of TW arena, or Hybrid wars, and yet Master of Orion is there (is it still alive even).

But, gratz for WoT.

Congratulations Wargaming on your 20 years of online games publishing

We may at times not fully appreciate all the work that's gone into your very successful major flagship title World of Tanks with its ups and downs (more ups happy to say

but nobody can doubt your passion and commitment in the continued development of WOT and the hard work to get it where it is today

yeah we moan a little at times

But ~ wouldn't life without World of Tanks be just oh so boring :)

thank you!

3) What happens to Hybrid Wars?

1) Would really like to get the real number on 0 battle accounts. even saw ingame general chat admins who had several of those (in the fashion of adminname_01, adminname_02, ... XD dopes)

2) Why count player numbers until the third decimal digit? just say "three to four players" (at least since v2.0)

3) XD XD XD XD WoT Generals much? even though I liked Generals a bit, I even enjoy the actual WoT card game. but hybrid wars was a genuine WG stillborn child, so so dead from the start, and sooo embarrassing to watch. that's what you get when you move one millimeter aside from your tank programme, WG creative department going all in XD XD

PS: WG, please don't mess up WoT. Seeing your game development history like that (and with its "hidden" content) made me worry again.

20 years super fragile, brittle and fading, delusional and failing, like a drunk baby with a billion €.

PPS: Give Warplanes more love (=15v15 mode plus PR).
