I want a job as helpdesk employee with wargaming, because it must be awesome.

Whenever you send a ticket, they have 6 answers to choose from.

The employee picks up a dice, throws it (lets say it shows 5), and puts answer 5 in the reply.

It doesnt matter if the answer makes any sense because.

I wonder how the conditions are, good pay? Short working days? Not needed to be sober?

If you sat at a desk with 500 tickets a day waiting for you that is 90% whining about "I got banned and it's not my fault plz unban me". You would see why they have responses like that on most stuff if they have a hope in hell to get half of them done in a day.  

 

And before you ask.. I did work as it 10 years ago for an Codemaster MMO until they lost the rights to it and sold it off. Most tickets was just that. A preset response since there was nothing I can do about anyway, and I have 499 more to do before I log off. Or cases support is not even supposed to deal with. Not many of them were about lost gear or hacked accounts etc. Mostly PVP whiners etc. I lasted 6 months before I wanted to quit, but then they lost the rights and I was done anyway. Some days I sat for 4 hours as it was not much to sort out. Others it could take 10 hours of just BS whining to sort out before you found that one ticket you could spend an hour fixing and helping instead of just reading about some whiner that got banned for "no reason".

Well, get me a job like that.

Im pretty sure that i can fully automate it, using some keywords so the answers will make more sense then they do now.

30 ppl  having their advance crashing, and still it says busy.

30 ppl on different computers, different countries, different clans etc.

And then claiming that its most probably a mod issue ?

I'll have some of what they are smoking.

What do you mean "Helpdesk employee"?

I thought they are only automated helpdesk scripts.

Oh and it is 16 standard answers, not 6.

Where do you find a dice with 16 sides?

Or  you could use 3 dices and just dont count 1 and 2 because its impossible to throw.

I like annoying people.

 

My day is better if I know I've made somebody else's day slightly more difficult :trollface:

Contrary to the players, they do have a very good working environment. They even have a labor benefit department. :)

In this role you could just demand more OP premiums from Development :coin:
