Is there a guide somewhere on how crew skills work? For example, clutch baking: do you need to actually press the handbrake for this to help? The various radio skills, how do they work, e.g. who is affected by relaying, everyone? By how much? I wish there was a way to test something just on an empty battlefield with maybe just a couple of stationary friendly tanks, with the skill on or off, to get the idea of what sort of difference do these things make.

Crew skills are always active, you don't need to do anything.

Clutch braking merely changes the tank traverse stat, off road driving lowers the terrain resistance stat for soft and medium terrain. etc. etc.

Best place to look for a more detailed description is the wiki.

Clutch baking is a rare skill only known by the best autopartchefs out there. It takes years to become a master but you can begin with this simple recipe: Add wheatflour 5 dl, baking powder and then some water and motoroil. Apply on clutch. Let bake in oven for 45 mins at 200 degrees Celsius.

Apart from the wiki maybe the player tutorials section would be good. http://forum.worldof...ayer-tutorials/

many of the crew skills are active all the time:

clutch braking, offroad driving, recon, firefighting, repairs, situation awareness etc.. etc..

there are others which only activate at certain times:

sixth sense, intuition, BIA, deadeye etc..

there are differences within those categories though, BIA is always active, but only when all the crew have it at 100%, unlike things such as firefighting which just work at reduced rates until all of the crew have it.

you can tell which are working, and which skills/perks are not, as non-working ones are hatched out when looking at their profiles
