Im rank 13 currently, last game i play my team loses.

Im driving my 430U.

I get 4.7k dmg with 4 kills , 1.5k assist with 2.8k blocked dmg. Was last player alive.Fought 1 vs 4 i killed 2 of them then i miss a full aimed shot to kill the 3rd guy from around 150m and ultimately i get killed by a SC who shot HE as i was 18 hp.

I was pretty confident i would be top exp in team to get a chevron.

Battle result loads and lo and behold im 2nd. A player on his is7 is somehow 1st.

His results ? EVERYTHING worse than me.

4.5k dmg compared to my 4.7k.

3 kills compared to my 4.

0.7k asisst compared to my 1.5k.

2.4k blocked dmg compared to my 2.8k.

He gets 714 xp i get 703

"Active combat engagment" FTW for that guy. Whatever that "active combat engagment" means. God knows how its calculated.

Its probably a bunch of "high" hamsters doing some numbers on a solar powered calculator.

If I remember correctly there is a bonus for damaging tanks that are close to you. + dmg on tanks that you don't spot yourself is worth less xp.

I guess that is the reason, so no hamsters are involved. ;)

Might be outdated but here is the WoT-Wiki link:

An XP breakdown is now provided in the results screen of a ranked game, it would have been instructive to see what your breakdown was and what the IS7 breakdown was because the XP you get for the things listed might be different (based on the usual factors as others have pointed out).

I dont think an IS7 is meant for redlining. Whats your point ?

I was holding the hill in  prokorovka with only a 907 supporting me. I sniped 2k out of my 4.7k. I guess that was a mistake that should be punished with less exp.

So the is7 deserved to be 1st for that right ?

Yes......that's right. He was your eyes, without him you wouldn't have seen much or had as many targets to snipe.

100% Agree.

Ranked Battles is utter cancer, and has NOTHING to do with personal skill, which it should be about.

In the past 4 days in struggeling in rank 13 aswell, which is a contant flow of Walk-overs.

It's self-explanatory. He was surrounded by more allied and enemy tanks than you. Thus he was actively engaged in combat.

Get stuck in, brawl, and you'll get more xp. Just try not to die.

In theory you're right. But if your teams lose 15-1 80% of the times there is nothing to gain from it.

Ranked is the most corrupted and broken game-mode they came up with in a VERY LONG time.

I quitted it, not worth my nerves on that cancermode

Climate Change is natural as it has cycles depending on the distance the earth is away from the sun, the sun activity etc.

Then incompetent corrupt moneylovers calling themselves scientists and politicians said that our cars and CO2 emissions caused a climate change so they could earn money on people believing the lies giving carbon taxes.

The universe consists of carbon and someone tells me I have to pay carbon taxes for my car, when pollution is a whole other matter dumping waste into rivers etc.

Really my dude, have you seen a volcano erupting? it sends out more smoke than Chayna has let out since year 2000.

Wargaming is coming close to this kind of fraud with their management of WoT, because greedy owners and developers not understanding arty and premium ammo and OP armor is ruining dynamic gameplay with a good MatchMaker.

Is that WG's fault?

Nah it's just players playing in ranks they aren't worthy of.

not arguing, but distance driven?

as heavys have blocked dmg as additional xp source meds have distance driven.

Nah man the ice age, younger dryas and pole shifts were all caused by dirty consumerism. Sure they have not been able to make their minds up if it's global cooling, global warming or climate change that is happening (I think they nailed it in the last one). But whatever. Sure the climate model was admittedly wrong. And yeah they didn't even factor the sun. But who cares about correct data. Science is politics.

..as for the experience system it is what it is. :hiding:

Climate will always change, question is if humans are to blame, I am skeptical.

Stop looking at your "smart phone" and slowly raise your head up and you will see this big, warm and yellow thing called the sun, it may have something to do with it, nothing we can do about it.

Easier to blame the climate on you and me in order to increase taxation.

On topic, ranked seems a bit iffy.

I'm pretty sure a new fallacy can be distilled from this thread the way these posts are going: "It costs me money so it isn't true."

If you believe climate change is a trick to increase taxation, I'm not sure where to send you. Maybe primary school, so you can learn the basics? It's a good place to start.
