i already have this but find it is a hard tank to play as i never know whether to scout in it as a light, or flank and try to do damage in it, the gun seems a bit pew pew to me.

Yes you have to discipline yourself when playing it. Its very very easy to get into trouble with it as its so fast. A good v basic tactic to use with this tank is just wait a few seconds and see how your team deploys, then support the scouts. The cromwell if needed are excellent at ramming enemy scouts, at your level of play it will help your dmg output greatly and at least you will kill 1 enemy making it 14 vs 14, if you die during the ramming from enemy support tanks.

I'm sure it has nothing to do at all with the fact that your overall winrate is 43%.....Clearly the tank is the issue here.

Get in a good position ealry using your speed and then just peek shoot hide peek shoot hide. Wait till the enemy team thins out then exploit gaps on the map using them to flank and then peek shoot hide peek shoot hide

It's simple use your speed and quick firing gun to harras

Well' I've read OP's post several times, and, apart from a minor criticism of the gun, (which, in fairness can be levelled at most low-tier Brit tanks), I cannot for the life of me see where he blames the tank. Perhaps you could point out the relevant passage?  :sceptic:

I just don't like it's derpy gun, takes an age to shrink to a manageable size to shoot with. But balance I guess. Needs a fair bit of gold if you're hunting non LTs too.

It's not something to be aggressive in alone, even as top tier. It's a great support med, but it will punish you hard for any mistake. Either follow your other meds and go wolfpack. And bully and circle anything not aiming at you. Poking over a ridgeline is equally ideal like on Overlord on the 2 lanes vs distracted targets. Then later when the enemy team thins out you find some lone isolated slowpoke with low HP and do a hit and run circle run on him with auto aim. Just look for anything with a terrible traverse that's isolated that can't keep up and just bully them down. My Cromwell's loves isolated T28 Prototypes. As they can't get the gun over the rear.

But if there is no medium push, or you lack meds on your team or flank. Then the light role early on is not the worst idea. Then flank mid to late game when you thin out your lane a bit with your spotting. Help out any group that's stuck by running distractions etc.

Then you're blind as well as a terrible player. You're slightly better than OP but 46%? Yikes! I guess tomatoes have to stick together, fragile bunch you lot are :teethhappy:

Guy did not pretend to be good or criticise the tank.  If you pause and read.  You will see that he says he is not sure how to play it.  Of course, it so much easier to be a boor than helpful.

I find I enjoy playing it as a flanker / harraser. Though the gun handling is iffy.  Great for bombing around supporting the bigger boys.

@ Mortalsatsuma.  You know we can look at your "stats" and make assumptions as to your "skill".  A question was asked.  Why make it more than it is

Well, what if I ask where it says he blamed the tank? He simply said it was a hard tank to play, as it can be most matches. He did not blame the tank as such as I can see either. He simply acknowledged the tank had a high skill level and asked for pointers. That's about it. No need to take it further.

And the other "tomato" has the same WR as you have in your Crom B. So be nice.

I had to read my original post there, the tank is not bad at all, in fact it is even reasonably priced in the shop, just commenting I find t hard to play but OK enough said.

The Bromwell is brilliant as a scout in Team Battles, since it has a higher HP pool than tier VI light tanks so can bully them down with ease.

In todays randoms meta, while still a fun tank, it no longer holds much relevence. The T34-85M pretty much outclasses it in most areas.
