Me to i used to sell them then buy them back a few days later,

but then without any warning what so ever they changed the policy so you could only buy 1 tank back and since i had already bought tanks back i lost 4 premium tanks,

after years of failed attempts through support to get them back, even offering to buy them back with gold, i finally managed to get in personal touch with management and got them back within days for free :).

if you can just get past the idiots in support who think they run the place the upper management is really very nice and caring :).

And that's why there is a limit.

It's supposed to be a way to undo mistakes, not a pawn shop.

I have most of my conversations with Viktor through FB messenger myself, but Yuka Kumatoridani who is the Chief of Staff for Wargaming is a Dinger so is easy to contact.

And this is the sad part of the story,  when people are forced to use this method to bypass the ''Customer Support"" to get things that should be really easy in the first place

I would suggest you to PM each other instead of  throwing  information here and there that can be abused by others for lesser matters

Upper management can not be that nice or caring because if they where they would make sure support staff cared and acted professionally and competently as well.

I've had my message request accepted after asking about the restoration. But had no reply. Am I expected to say something else? I'm a clown when it comes to this stuff

Bosses of large companies are extremely busy and can't take care of everything, that's why there are several layers of management, orders that are passed down are not always followed, and the top people can not keep an eye on everyone,

wargaming has 8 games, each game has several departments, each department has its staff, supervisors and management, then there's management to look after all those departments combined, then there's the actual wg management that looks after all the games combined and then their boss.

all it takes is one bad run on that ladder and the bottom of the ladder can be sitting in the crapwith the top of the ladder being in the clean air with no idea anything is wrong, unless someone tells them,

and if you cant get past support to pass on problems, then the people past support will never know there's a problem, that's where the problem lies in this game, the support they think they are in charge when i have asked in the past to speak to someone in charge who actually made the main decisions, they arrogantly told me they made the final choice, which they don't their bosses decide on the policies and stuff not them, but if they wont let you past them that's the problem.

Depends what you mean by accepted, if you mean it's been sent then you need to wait for a reply,

if you got a reply saying they will sort it out for you then you need to wait and see what they do,

iether way give it 2 to 4 days see what happens.

The snowflaking is amazing. The mod who edited my post do you want me to send an emotional repair kit to everyone who was subjectively offended by my post ?

Clown isnt a curse word just saying.

Now let me repeat my comment choosing a different word to ease the emotional carnage that i ve caused. (In the meantime people should feel free to grow up and become adults with a thick skin as they supposed to be).

Maybe all of you irresponsible , reckless , indecisive , unsure and double personality people should stop selling your premium tanks "by accident" all the time so you can STOP accusing and blaming WG stuff for not succumbing to your entitled personalities and your orders.

Sad part is that I wish I could recover my tier 3 FCM 36 Pak 40 but I can't see any option to do that.

If you sold it before the recovery option was added then there is no way to recover it.

And you still get it wrong,

mod deleted my reply to you as well,

Learn how the game works and used to work,

the vast majority of people who lost tanks did NOT accidentally sell them,

you used to be able to sell tanks and buy them back at the same cost,

this used to be a good course of credits back in the day when everyone used tier 5 tanks to earn enough credits to play their tier 8+ tanks,

however wot changed their policy overnight without advanced warning so people could no longer buy their tanks back just one which most people had already bought back,

wot support then proceeded to take no notice of anyone's complaints and arguments and just kept quoting the new policy,

the policy has changed again since then but still has not taken into account the people who originally sold their tanks,

this is why people are having to bypass support and contact management personally to get their tanks back.

I did, but I have history on file with it, played battles and stuff so that should still count.
