But I seem to be blasting my way up the Polish tech tree, (albeit at a much slower pace than everyone else) where as the Italian one didn't really interest me, even those auto re loader things at tier 8 look tasty.

Not quite sure why this is, when it comes to the Polish vs the Italians, which is the better line to go for?

Depends on what you like to play. For me the italians are way more interesting, especially at high tiers.

Quite different lines. Polish goes from LTs to HTs with high alpha.

Italians goes from decently bouncy MTs, to HTs labelled as MTs (P40 to P43ter), then back to MTs, but this time quite paperish but with autoreloader.

All depends on what you like to play most.

Hmm I may have to revisit the Italian line then, either way enjoying the grind, which is most unusual in itself for me, the only other grind I enjoyed and mean really enjoyed was the VK100,01P

It depends. Do you prefer your made up WG fantasy tanks single-shotty, or auto-reloady?

Never tried the auto re loaders, although i have some French auto loaders, I do like my single shot guns though, even right down to the low tiers, detest those machine gun things on low tier lights.

I guess both lines are kinda similar if you mostly free exp them by converting exp from playing premiums afk.

For me most medium lines feel very generic up until tier 7 or 8. There are some exceptions of course (pz. IV or m4 w/ derp, Skoda t25 for example), but in general they just feel very boring and samey. From tier 8 on most med lines start showing their more specific qualities and tanks start to become more varied.

I actually quite like the tier 5 Polish tank, not sure what is to come after that, I hear it is not that good but is does surprise me to see already people have got the tier 8, 9 and 10's

I remain supremely indifferent to both lines due to the lack of Tank Destroyers.

I imagine your bot program will work better with the Polish tanks because they have more armour at higher tiers

I'm only at the tier III Italian tank, and it might just become another one of my rainy-day tier III keepers.

As for the Polish line, I'm also at tier III but only four battles. With a low, low performance crew (I haven't bothered paying for training/re-training) it's a bit of a pig, but I don't fancy keeping it anyway.

Don't ever let anyone tell you what's best or worst. The Czech line seems to be quite unpopular, especially the T-34-100, but this tier VII is one of my all-time best tier VIIs third on damage to the Jagdpanther and T29

Autoreloaders are a combination of the two. You have the potential to fire off more than one shot like an autoloader, but you can stop and just reload your shells individually at any time; of course, each shell fired takes longer to reload and you can interrupt the reload at any point (though preferably you don't). You don't have the clip potential of most autoloaders at the same tier (Czechs have lower but Czechs also have the incredibly fast intraclip and quick reloads. My Standard B For example does 1080 To my Skoda's 960, but takes about 33 Seconds to reload versus 20), but the flexibility of the mechanic makes up for it. Whereas an autoloader for example is limited to it's potential clip, you can very much play as a single-shot until the enemy is within your clip potential and though ill-advised, you can very much still fight with even just your first shot, though the chop in DPM Is massive so you very much avoid it if entirely possible.

I think the high tier Italians though are very much not the tanks for you. They're paper and don't have particularly good clip potential and it takes some skill to use the ability to it's best potential. Your stats already show you struggle to really contribute with your Somua SM or Lorr 40t, managing more in the Somua (570 vs. 474), which implies you do better due to it having armour compared to the Lorraine. Both are still poor, but that's kinda a given. The higher tier Polish stuff is more likely better for you since it has armour and alpha, though personally I wouldn't really recommend either for you.

I must say I absolutely despised the t-34/100. I didn't even do that bad in compared to the rest of my tier 7's, but that gun handling and lack of gun depression just made it a horrible experience to me. It's not accurate enough to keep distance, but the ridiculous bloom and aim time make trading hell as well as you often need to expose quite a bit of your tank due to the lack of gun depression, and half your shots will still manage to fly off into space or donk into the ground. The alpha is alright, but it has to give up way too much for that small increase IMHO.

I have often liked tanks that others don't, and done badly in popular ones. I took the T-34-100 out yesterday morning for Coalition battles and won two with two survives and decent performance. My best battle in it is this one...

I loved the T-34/100 (besides that it lacks proper carry potential, though that's not really different to most other VII Mediums) and also loved the Skoda T 24, while hating the T 25 Which I know was otherwise regarded as basically the only good tank in the line until the Skodas. :teethhappy:

And make sure there are no sharp objects laying around when you get to Tier 6.

I read the title and figured that given your stats you were referring to the left mouse button :hiding:
