Tournaments: Upcoming Schedule Changes

So this is tournaments 3.0 ,, even worse then the current tournaments 2.0 .
Is this ment to kill off the tournaments once and for all ?
Or is the " e-sport " department or whatever responsable department for this a bunch of glue sniffing morons ?
Btw a reaction from Berbo or somebody else explaining to me that this is yet another improvement is not needed .
But "daily tournaments " - run 3 days a week , 2 times playoffs next day .
Do u seriously think that is good plan ?
Then throw in some tanks for winners for a week , to make it look better ?
What about group stage rewards and having a penalty system similar like in clanwars .
And how about just finishing the tournament on same day yes .
How about decent rewards that actually makes tournaments rewarding to play .
Yet another case of continuing bad policy \ bad decisions from wg , its when u think it cant get much worse after 2.0 , but then turns out there was room for some perfecting .
This is again seriously dissapointing .
Like said , a reaction with some nonsense story about how this is all an improvement is not needed . thx .

Group stage gold is never coming back. Removed just like gold for Go4WoT in ESL. All the people who covered their gold needs with the group phase winnings didn't buy any in the shop. It cannot be what must not be! Who should pay for the "production" of all the virtual goods and the motivated employees when so many people were deprived of the incentive to spend money by simply playing for gold!

I agree,
It is bad idea to divide one tournament for two days. This would mean that if we wanted to play both 3vs3 Tier VI and Tier VIII, our team needs to be available *four* days a week at the same time. AND there are no reserves, so all the same people need to be able to join. Some of us go work and school, and even have other things in life to do sometimes (well, mostly not, but still). You have 10 slots starting 16:00 and 19:00 CEST in those 5 days per week. You have 9 tournaments, so you could easily do 2 full tournaments each day. I am certain this will mean more shorthanded or AFK teams in Play-Offs too. And more than that, if you get one of the better teams on first round against you, then all this trouble for one lousy game - I recall group stage was introduced to make sure everyone has more than one game in a tournament.
