Just yes or no. Add details if you want. I need to train crews.

I have the - very similar - Tiger 131. At tier 6 it's a great vehicle. My win rate is 55%. I imagine that the Japanese version performs equally as well.

So yes it is.

I have the German one and its a nice tank. No armor but good HP, DPM and gun. Actually my highest DPG tier 6 which is a bit surprising.

New MM killed it though. As it did with all tier 6s.

Yep, although rquires some juggling of radists. And some prem here and there, although handling and mobility is good enough. Armor scheme is same as Tiger T7, works magically on T6. I'm using rammer, egld and optics, might consider swappin the egld for vents, tho.

I have the Jap Tiger for for nearly two years. When bottom tier it's very rough, but when facing tier 6 and 7 it is a good tank. For a 6 it's worth it.

Tigers are classed as rubbish by quite a few folks Play it as support and use the dpm . They do seem to get focussed due to squishyness but a decent player can make them work really well . I do ok in mine now but early in my wot career I played like a chump in the tier 7.  Your stats suggest you'll do fine in one :)

Oh really? Is that so? Considering I do not have a 100% crew in my O-I. It's not like my other crews who have 5 or 6 skills.

Stats here judge nothing.

Yes, it's actually good little tank for it's tier.

But no, I don't want you to even start considering going down the Japanese Heavies line. Game is filled up already, with a lot more then what we can handle, in terms of glue-sniffing morons. So I kindly suggest you don't bother yourself with it.

I've already sniffed glue.

Spoiler

Regardless,I need heavy and light tanks of the meta if I'm willing to ever achieve the T 55A and Obj.260.

It's pretty good. ...if you need to train japanese heavy crews it's your only option anyway, but luckily, it's a reliable machine.

I got it not long after launch and I never found it to be bad.  For crew training a liberal use of the 2 key will help though.

No really. You are better of with Type64, Bromwell and some other actually good T6 tanks.
