Title.

The map was shitty because it was based around map wide brawling while not even being safe from arty, except for the factory which was a suicide mission anyway.

Unless that changes, Pilsen is useless and removing it was a good idea.

But that wasn't fixed, so we didn't need it back. It's useless, please re remove it.

But then you join the chorus of people complaining at the lack of maps right?  Catch 22?

There are other maps that are way worse (Paris, high tier Ensk). This one at least provides various playing options. I'd keep this for variety reasons, it's really not that bad.

As always, there are two alternatives (if we assume OP's observation to be entirely correct and without bias cough).

One is that Wargaming's decision making is based on a drunk monkey throwing darts at a wall covered with ideas on Post-it notes. The other is that it's intentional - might as well make maps in the style of the rest of the game.

I can appreciate that they're being thorough - personally I see little staying power in a tanks go boom-sandbox.

Pilsen was needed because HT's wanted another city map to brawl in and LT's want space to run around in. So far I have only had this map once. I was playing arty and was having great fun countering the enemy arty, with some degree of success, until I noticed all our LT's went into the buildings to fight HT's, leaving the field open to the enemy LT's. Just about got the lube deployed in time.

I was really starting to get the hang of old Pilsen and was not happy that it was removed.

I'm still trying to understand new Pilsen.

Old pilsen was fine, not great but fine. New pilsen just got two huge wanking spots making the hangars pretty much the place to be if you do not want to feed redline warriors.

My real problem with this map and the two new ones, is that they do not come around in the rotation often enough, out of the three I think Minsk is terrible, but then if it came around more, it just might grow on me, plus the music sucks too

Must admit I haven't played on it very much but it seems to be quite a campy map, in many regards I feel that it's similar to Prok, it's quite fun as long as arty ain't present.

Paris is a great map if you know what you're doing but ensk is just... AMX ELC BIS flashbacks getting 1 shot by skorpion Gs

I've only got it three times, two of which weren't really in tanks to actually play the map (T-34-2G FT and M40/M43) and the other was tonight in the Progetto. It's literally only an immediate thought from one game but I do think I prefer it to the old version, but that's not to say it's at all good either. I'd like to experiment more with it and the other two, but y'know, instead I find myself more getting maps like Glacier which I can't find myself enjoying in any tank.

Can't play the current iteration of the game yet but i hated Paris and Ensk a lot. I still don't like Ensk unless i have a mobile tank but i started to hate Paris a lot less lately especially when i have a mobile tank. It clicked and i saw a lot more opportunities.
