Just unlocked it,and frankly, I'm a bit disappointed comparing it to it's predecessor. I'm still full stock,so my 6 skill crew does not guarantee carrying games solo.

Anyone might suggest anything?

Besides while at it,I'd be glad to have some platoon mates for weekends,if nobody minds adding me.

My only advice would be to choose "2x game per day" way. It is simply worst t9 medium atm. On the other hand at least k-91 feels much better. Mainly bc of really great gun. But again overall k-91 is way worse then other t10 russian meds.

On the other hand mate be happy you didnt play this tank before changes so you didnt got frustrated to what have they done to this beautiful tank..

It used to be so much better. I had the Object 430, and so got a free 430U.

I re-bought the Object 430 II to get the K91.

The Object 416 with a good crew and a certain amount of premium ammo used to be by far one of the strongest tier VIII tanks.

The Object 430 II was always a bit of a let down compared to the 416, and since the nerfs the 430 II is even weaker.

Suggestions? Just do one daily double in the 430 II and let it slower tick over with exp. until the K91 is researched and then sell the 430 II.

I liked Object 416 and previously did not even intended to play this tank as I did not think those upgrades before introduction of K-91 were good to be one tier higher. However after trying to get T-54 playable by only doing some 4x and 5x I realized it would really be better to buy 430 II to research that weapon there - especially since it was one of the most painless grind as the tank was completely useful even in stock (honestly it was one of few tanks where I got Ace tanker while driving stock tank)

It was only emergency solution, because I really started to hate playing T-54 with those stupid T-44 guns, but I fell in love with 430 II. Quite durable tank with really awesome ability to sidescrape. After its change I decided to sell it - after playing this I realized how "boring" it was playing 416 because of how fragile that tank was. So when they made it more like 416 v.II I had no intention to ever play this tank again as K-91 is not appealing for me...

Be glad you did not play it before those changes - otherwise you would really hate what this tanks has become...

As it was said - do only daily doubles now. But I am not sure carrying capabilities will get that much better - if you are firing HEAT you have got pretty much the same gun as the top one, mobility is quite similar story and armor as well - even after those changes this tank stays as one of few which are easily playable in stock because they are only marginally better when upgraded...

Used to be a fun tank despite its disadvantages. WG doesn't like uniqueness.
