Its a [edited]smart move by wargaming, not delivering what you pay for, and then make their support not work, so you cant complain.

Ive been trying for HOURS to send an complain with screenshot of what i didnt recieve, but paid for, each time it says, we have technical problems, try again later

Thats actually brilliant, so they can [edited]up the customers, who have no other way to get help :D>

Happens only in world of tanks.....

Brilliant by WG.
Getting people to pay them without handing out the product.
And then be impossible to contact if any kind of unsatisfied customer arrive.

 

I know of other companies who do similar things, Princes of Nigeria or the procclaimed wife of Mandela and so on.

Holy hell, you did not get what you paid for instantly? And the system gives errors when contacting support? OMG, I hope you did not dieded...

Its 18 hours now, and should i really wait longer, for an service i PAY for ?  *edit.....

Isn't it traditional in such cases for the OP to discover they bought the item on the wrong account?

I had a similar issue recently via mobile payment,

 

I sent in a ticket and the next day the gold was there, GJ WG

 

Maybe give them a bit of time.

I bought 2 same items, and got 1 of them, and paid for both, so please no more smart remarks about wrong accounts or so... PLEASE!!!

Oh, wow, you didn't receive your online goods because the system is down and now you can't log a support ticket because the system is down? It's almost like the source of the problem is because the system is down and you should perhaps try again later when the system is not down..

Ye, but how dare the system be down when the OP tries to buy stuff or send a ticket. I mean, it must be a conspiracy, right? A conspiracy led by sprout eating hamsters if you ask me.

 

Then again, considering the OP's great demeanor and bounty of self-vicitimisation, I do kinda hope WG just turned of their system to *edit him off.

Or at least, with vehicles.

 

And yeah, has OP checked if the money was actually subtracted from his bank account yet?

If WG hasn't gotten any money yet, they won't give you stuff either.

 Who has time to check if their account has been debited when there are vital complaints to post on the forum?

When we see topics like this, it's always down to 2 things. Bank, and payment method. If your bank is slow, then WG is not gonna give you anything until they get paid for it. And if OP used a phone service to pay for it. It clearly says it can take up to 2 days to clear the payment and give you the items. As WG don't give out anything until they get the money. As any store would do. And support page is working just fine for me. 

 

And since OP have not even said what he used, or even if his bank has taken the money... well.

As others have said, it's delivery speed is dependent on what payment method you used. And if your bank even took the money out yet. If you used any phone system or non visa card or not even paypal. It can take over a day to clear the payment.

The player support link in the upper left corner works just fine. I have no issues using the page, or even starting a new ticket. So either try a different browser, or check your block settings etc.
