I have been using APCR rounds and cant freaking penetrate rmh in the side or LTTB and so on.... in the front.... WTF is going on

Because for a Light Tank it is surprisingly well armoured, enough so that when angled properly it will bounce a 122mm gun because of how the overmatch mechanics work.

LTTB angled at about 35' is a 50% chance to bounce.  Of course you knew this because you looked on tanks GG like I just did?

Can't pen rhm in the side? You hit the tracks below the hull, the shell did not enter the tank, aim better or pray to RNGesus if you're further away.

my IS-M is stock and usually I have to go full prem ammo and besides crap accuracy, Ive never had your problem

If you can't "pen" a Borsig. I suspect you got a module hit. Not an armor hit.

ISM is a much better tank when it is fully upgraded, when stock it is a pig.

Im sure it is which is why I rarely play it. Im in no rush to reach tier 10 so Im taking it slow. Best way not to give myself cancer :)
