Recently with all these weird and spurious events that War gamming seem to be pushing.

It made me think?

Surely the 50th anniversary of the moon landing should be worthy of a wot event?

So what I propose is a lunar map mode with 1/6th gravity and no atmospher

it would create some interesting interaction's shell range would increase massively so would view range.of course jumps would be spectacular.add in  the possibility of being able to accidentally fly into orbit, if you hit a jump too hard, or get rammed  might be a thing.

little bit like the scout car event a couple of years back?

But what kind if moon tank would be most appropriate?

Would HE be useless without oxygen?

Thoughts and suggestions please

HE would surely lost the splash damage, but on impact they wold still releas heat and pressure wave on the steel, so damage still occure. Also, no air means that the shells get less resistance inside the barrel, hence have higher muzzle velocity.

The fun thing is that every shell will approx. 1600 m/s velocity would enter the orbit at ground level. WG may add the a PacMan like gameplay where a shell with enought velocity that leave the map may come back in the opposite side! :D

Apparently there was a moon event once but it may have been a hoax

This is a game about tanks. What you want is Kerbal Space Program.

Too bad they likely have to remake the whole thing; it would make a lot of sense to reuse the special events before patching makes them outdated.

Even if you play KSP mainly to build (and frequently crash) strange spacecraft! :)

Well I did read somewhere that Serb was going to invest some money into a space program somewhere, plus WoW's has some weird space base thing going on.

So who knows, who cares?

I heard that to make it seem more realistic, Stanley Kubrick filmed the whole thing on location...

How dare you sir. Those men were the planets greatest heroes at the time, which explains why they were all smiles at the press conference and didn't become depressed alcoholics.

Oh wait they were not and they did.

At lest the Dutch Prime Minister got a moon rock made out of petrified wood, so there's that.

Can you grow sprouts in space?

in answer to your question yes sprouts were first grown in the madsod  quadrant in the upper reaches of the looney galaxy . the 1st seed made it to your planet that you call earth on the ships that bought my forebears that built your pyramids.

I still await rescue and in the mean time I grow sprouts to remember me of my home planet and shoot tonks. I hope this answers your question

IS-8 ball was short fun IMO. What they should have done instead is to get the Lunar mode assets from WOT console and get that... IF they had to make a new moon mode for whatever reason. As that was actually somewhat fun.
