The best thing for training Crews is that 4x crew conversion from free XP with Gold

It was always that way. Never saw a retraining possible for locked tanks.

lie. Crew is not crucial, stupid matchmaking is ruining game. Could as well play with 50% crew since I'm always bottom tier...

You could participate in this event only "partly", because it's for users of one payment plan of selected communication provider which work with WG for some Years....

Besides, You can't "switch" Your account form EU to RU servers. You should create a new account for that.
