Oh wow, now I see it... Only premium tanks. What a GREAT gift WG gave us! Now we all get 50k extra xp on a premium tank which are useless without paying money. 

This is such a generous company!

There was some issue seeing the missions in the game, it seems to work now.

let's say for a winning battle we get 700 pure xp and 350 for lost

it is 1050 crew xp in prem tank for win and 525 for lost

with 200% reserve it is 3150 and 1575

with 50% win ratio u need 30 battles to do the mission

it equals 15*1572=26625 + 14*3150=44100 which gives us 70725 crew xp

why 14*3150 u ask?

because last win gives us 3150+75000 crew xp (in tier 8 tank) and the crewman with lowest xp gets 150 000

easiest way to get crew with sixth sense commander in just 30 battles  without buying anything in premium store

 

and the math is done without premium account, dark matter and other bonuses/reserves

and mission is repeatable
