That's not a bad price for it.

I base that on checking the price in gold for other tier 8 premium medium tanks.

Ravioli is 7200,  CDC is 7450,  SP 7200

You can buy the Superpershing for exactly the same price as the ravioli except you don't get the 30 days premium the missions personal reserves or the crew

I invite the owners to give a bit more insight about what do they like or what do they don't like about the tank! I am sure other forumites could benefit from your experiences! ;)

I never play mine because the 200mm pen is unworkable in the current MM and the rest of the tank is a Tier 5 Sherman that sees Tier 10 tanks in nearly every game.  It's just another case of players being asked to pay real money to provide free XP for the enemy team.

I still play mine regularly, it's one of my preferred premium tanks despite its short-comings. The recent buffs to mobility and depression helped but 200mm penetration on a 105mm APCR round has always been disappointing. The 250mm penetration of the HEAT shells seems ok until you remember that the STA-2 gets 275mm HEAT (and 212mm AP).

The Ravioli's higher alpha doesn't compensate if you can't pen your shots in the first place, it still lacks the mobility to easily relocate to more advantageous positions and doesn't have the armour to offset its aim-time and gun handling, meaning it's stuck in a second-line support or psuedo-TD role without the extra penetration TDs tend to have. As an example of the big alpha medium done right, you only have to look at the STG - good mobility (with better soft stats), accurate gun, longer aim time (by 0.1s) but decent turret armour to allow you to take that time and a similar reload.

As I said, I still play mine regularly but that's because I enjoy a challenge. I wouldn't recommend the tank unless you really enjoy the challenge of having a decent battle in a sub-par tank or desperately wanted a French medium trainer as the CDC is in an even worse place.

Heat doesnt really go well with long range? APCR loses a huge amount of pen on distance, while HEAT remains the same.

By the way, I love the Revo, but current T8 MM is pathetic.

Rev loses same amount of pen on its APCR as tier X meds, so its almost negligible.  What is not negligible is 50% shell velocity loss on the heat shell

I have in this account  and previous one over 1.5 k battles with this tank.

Shell velocity is good.

Gun depresion is good.

Alpha damage is good.

Mobility average.

Dmp is like a tier 6 tank.

From all tanks that i played this one is the master of criticals, when rng is against you, you can't pen anything. I had games many times with more than 9 hits and only one pen.

+ 5 km to top speed and some penn buff will be good.

Begginers or bad players will do bad in this tank because have zero armour but sometimes bounce some strange shoots, i bounced one from Jpg e 100 once.

Is not a bad tank but from the moment i had Skorpion G i don't play this tank anymore. Skorpion g is way more better.

Rev is a decent support tank. Great accuracy, small size, great gun depression.

Play it as a sniper aiming at enemy's sides works great for me

What I like about the tank? Alpha.

What I don't like about the tank? The rest. The tank has been power creeped beyond belief. It is worth getting, if you enjoy firing HEAT at Defenders, that you can't otherwise penetrate.

Instead of buying it, buy a case of beer and get drunk. You have more fun and you'll lose less brain cells than playing WoT.

Well obviously. Case of beer > most other purchases.

As for the tank, alpha and shell speed are nice. It's one of those tanks that really makes you focus, because if you don't, you're toast. Gun could be a little more accurate. I play it quite regularly, but don't really consider it a good tank.

Standard APCR anno with 200mm penetration is all but useless in Tier 9 games never mind when its sacrificed to the MM gods in the 3-5-7 Template 90% in those OP Tier 10 games

So forcing you to shoot the HEAT with 250mm Penetration which again is all but useless in Tier 10 games

the  M4A1 Revalorisé  really needs at least 212mm penetration just for the Tier 8 vehicles it fights against to be competitive

Best thing is the APCR shell velocity and he 390 alpha damage & the -10 gun depression (always nice

yeaaahhh much better.... not.

Might as well love IS7s, you know, the Tier10 Heavy that SkorpionG can actually pen upper plate.

But we are talking here about M4_Rev, not SkorpG.

Just Enjoy being bent over while driving M4_Rev.

Tanks like M4Rev, CDC, Tiger2 need to have -2+0 MM, or they need to go down to tier6/7 with rebalanced guns.

WG    /           vuque

.

How about refund for old power - creepd tanks I wasted my money on, PLEASE?

Or to trade them in for Object 252U, but without the Russian Refund where I need to give my old tank in AND pay extra money?

And how about you fix German Tigers like you did with Soviet/British tanks giving them 250mm Turrets on Tier8?

You know, They have same armor on tier8 as German Tiger line on Tier9 (E75).

You can just drop whole Tiger line down one tier like you did with Soviet Objects 430 / 263.

E75 with 105kwk/L68 on Tier8 would still have less armor than Defender.

Turret roof on Defender at least is not AUTO-PEN for any stray HEAT round, you actually need to aim for cupolas.

And new Soviet Premium Tier8 TD, shoots HEAT, so E75 Turret has SAME effective armor as M4 Rev. against it:

...

So, PLEASE, re-balance your OLD forgotten Tanks.

Sorry but I see no reason to pay for any premium tank or for this game.

To many bots and not the good ones from wg,to many bugs, and why anyone will pay to play with 20-30% win chance in randoms?

One team all the red-oranges and other team all the pro's....no way to pay for that!

Lot of tanks from tech tree that you can rape the premiums tanks with no trouble at all.
