In the American region, it's up for pre-sale for premium account holders, and goes on general sale in a week.  I see nothing similar on the EU region's web site, weird...didn't expect that.

Watching Orzanel play it. it bleeds credits coz typical tier 8 LT cannot have pen coz it might hurt Steve the heavy tank driver. not worth it at all. seriously WG stuff your ***** 175pen tanks at tier 8. you buff prem PREFF mediums to 186 - 200+ but a LT which has full MM gets 175? fire your balance department (if you even have one)

Saw another CC play it without any premium ammo and he did good in it, even though it was noticeable that some shots he wouldnt take because the pen indicator stayed red. Agree on the ~175-176 pen for full +2 MM tanks though.

What gets me (still) is the outrageous premium shell cost of the T92. When I compare that to the LT-432 I scream even louder:

218 pen on the LT-432 vs 210 pen on the T92

3200 credits vs 5600 credits!?

I mean, c'mon WG!

Only because using gold is your way of life

But yeah I thought the price of T92 gold was a mistake at first. It's HEAT isn't even that good...

WG have set the stage now though, no T8 LT can ever have high pen otherwise it'll be seen as power creep.

lol, I do think WG have it in for us Dingers: first removed gold ammo, and then release tanks with outrageous silver costs for premium ammo ;)

Tanks.gg is a bit screwed up but I do believe the T92 has the most expensive premium ammo for pretty much the lowest alpha in the game. Just plain r******d

I tried using T92 gold once but it's utterly pointless for its effectiveness yes. The gold on the T71 DA is as expensive and you can blow an entire clip in seconds...

****, didnt even realise the premium ammo on both the T71 DA and T92 are the same… Then again, T71 regular ammo is pretty decent for its tier, whereas 175 pen for the LT92 is lacking 10-15mm

You don't need premium shells on lights. Everyone uses premium shells. but.. There are so many weakspots.. I am only having problems penning the Jg Pz E100 and Maus. every other heavy can I just pen.. It depens on you of your using premium shells. But when you use them. its easy winrate+WN8 so nice for you.

Half the problem lies in not only the crap pen but the disgusting accuracy coupled with the trash pen. even if a tank had a weak spot its got awefull accuracy.

175 pen is fairly bad vs T10 even when flanking... Some stuff defeats you even side on or in the rear.

For those targets I just pure spot or try to track. WG have decided that LTs hurting higher tiers is not balance so we need to work around :sceptic:

With all due respect, if you need gold ammo in your LT because you're cornered and forced to fight something big and well armored frontally, well you're doing it wrong and have already lost.

People are crying about pen on this thing? Seriously? It seems that the part when prem WB became rather OP just went past all of you whiners...

There is not one thing that is bad about this tank, pen included, when looking at the simple fact that it is tier 8 tonk. Speed, mobility and gun handling are pretty freaking broken, DPM is good, it even got 7 degrees of gun depression? Damn, what a bummer it does not have 220 pen on standard.

Problem penetrating some higer tanks from side and back with 8 LTs is problem, not this tank or other 8 LTs firepower. If WG begin prefering one tier battle then all will be OK and not only with 8 LTs. But this one tier model is not good for WG. No some medals if one tier game? This is last thing in game what players want. Players want fun and 8LT in X tier game with hard tanks is not fun most of time, only exceptionally.

LTTB has better mobility, and the bloom values are 0.02 better than on the LTTB, with a few LTs having better bloom values still (T92 for instance), DPM is a mere 35 better than the LTTB. Basically compared to the LTTB, you trade having a slightly better gun for a massive profile. Not exactly broken really.

Size comparisons with the tier 8 lights.

Really? Did I just see you press "2" in you '432 Reasons Why' vid right from the start even though you were top tier? :P Guess increasing your chances of penning something from the front is the right idea? ;)

I only have 5 premium shells in the T92 because I do want to make the standard ammo work, learn to aim weakspots, flank and improve my overall gameplay without the "2" shortcut. I just dont understand why this Soviet LT gets more pen on the premium round AND at 40% less credit cost than the T92...
