made 2 purchases but 2 x no code, i did it per sms, the money is payed.  trying to contact wg, but omg. is that difficult or what!!

What do you need to purchase to get a code? Codes are usually free.

free code to get gold?

I paid 2 x times 9 euro to get a gold package, bot recieved no code

No.

 

You click on support and raise a ticket.

 

But I suspect they will direct you to your cellphone provider since that's what usually seems to happen.

 

I would really stay away from this method of payment, it causes no end of problems and you get a really bad deal.

Thing about SMS payment is that there are 3 factors involved. Vs just 2 if you pay by visa etc. Your Phone provider is the middle man, they take the money, but when they pay WG is a different matter. 

 

But... as clearly stated by WG on their support page for SMS if you do bother to look that up.

So... contacting your phone provider along with WG might be a good idea if your code is still lacking.

thnx for the respons.

 

my provider payed the money, i have proof off that, now the problem is getting just in contact with wg. creating a ticket does not work, the automated system keeps asking to fill in a product code, and i dont have that. the company who is responsible for the purches has a respons email, but my message cant be delivered
