We really don't like this mode. It's obvious you didn't understand this, cos you made a new map, instead fixing the old ones.

Bring Frontline back please and keep grand battles as a single player survivor. Like that mode that you have tested, similar to fortnite

Please also bring this mod as a seperated mod not dependant on random battles. (Tier 8 &10).  So we don't have to wait joining Grand Battles every time.

The most important position is in the general settings screen to turn the mod off.

I am not "grand" fun of Grand Battles, but I really like the guide made for it. Also seems maps has been worked on, to give every class of tank opportunity to fulfill its role. Nice.

i too would love to get frontline back. an enjoyable game mode where it didn't matter too much if your maybe not so good tier 8 was destroyed in the first few minutes. it was a better team team game, with clear objectives on a huge map (maybe not so good getting shot at from neighboring side sectors!).

grand battles for tier 8 feel messy and although the maps are good enough, there does seem to be something lacking in them. is it just me or do the maps feel weirdly flat and perhaps a little small? its something i cant quite put my finger on. however, thanks to WG for at least trying this mode out

BRING BACK FRONTLINE! :)

Truly enjoying this mode.

My sole gripe is you could've released this advice before dropping tier VIII players (some of whom may never have played a Grand Battle) into the deep.

I really like this mode. Especially on tier 8.

Frontline not so much. Played it once.

Why "We" ?

I am not "You". Speak for yourself, don't be a politician talking for "all" ...

For my part, I am ok with the mode, knowing that, when I decide to focus on other types of battle, there is always the option to tick off/on the  "Grand Battles" and "Assault" modes in the settings ...

I am free to choose.

Now, concerning this little guide, it is a good idea, but it will be buried soon by the next news.

I could not find the various guides done for other maps in either the "Newcomer's Guide" (https://worldoftanks.eu/en/content/guide/newcomers-guide/)  or the "Guide" (https://worldoftanks.eu/en/content/guide/).

Is there a place in WoT where all info-maps are consolidated ?

I am very casual user, loved Frontline and like the idea of Grand battles; just can't play them enough to get familiar with the maps. I need this format to be permenant feature of random battles.

My strategy is a lot simpler and has been working like a charm for a long time. I just disabled Grand Battles and don't have to deal with Klondike and Nebelburg.

To be honest, after 1.0 I enabled them, but when Klondike was reintroduced, the mode went out the window again.

And to everyone demanding to separate it from Random Battles, keep in mind that therer are 2 maps (possibly 3 soon) for the mode, so playing it might become quite dull very fast, which most likely will lead to even less interest and the eventual death of the mode.

What I find unfortunate about this  game mode:

- battles take a longer time and if you die early your tank is stuck into battle until is finished.

- in a 30 vs 30 you really can't influence the outcome of the battle so the win/loss is significantly randomized.

- I don't like the maps, not sure why, maybe because they are highly symmetrical. Although at a first glance they seem not so corridor-ish, soon you will discover that if you deviate from the standard approach you will be quickly punished. After some time they become a little boring, at least for me.

- I often find myself sniping at the edge of the visibility circle and the penetration loss and lack of precision is frustrating.

But, I encourage War Gaming to create new game modes and I appreciate the effort put into this one. Maybe some polishing will help it further.
