The French Tier VIII wheeled armoured vehicle, the Panhard AML Lynx 6x6 enters closed testing today. We will continue to test new game mechanics and balance settings of the vehicle. A decision will then be made, regarding the final mechanics and performance characteristics for the entire mini-branch, based on the test results.

The current build uses a different wheelbase to the previously tested Panhard EBR, having three axes instead of four. However, it still retains the all-wheel drive from the EBR. The new set of game mechanics for wheeled vehicles will feature on this vehicle.

Spoiler

The Lynx is armed with a 90-mm autoloader with a single-shot damage of 240 points. It follows the general concept of wheeled vehicles; fast and manoeuvrable when in motion but not able to turn when stationary. It also boasts good gun stabilization and concealment, countered by a reduced view range.

Depending on the test results, the specs of the Lynx and the game mechanics linked to it may change.

Follow the news and good luck on the battlefield!

The image is tiny and impossible to read, can you upload a bigger version?

Fixed, as you can see, the alternative is quite sizeable :D

I see this too follows the same rule as the previous ACs by having no view range, ultimately meaning it cannot do its designed role of active scouting, a poor gun that is unable to make up for its piss-poor view range, all to have a silly gimmick of a fast top speed in 1 mode. Will be interesting to see if they're touched at all when the time comes for public test as atm they look exceedingly mediocre.

top speed is 82, agility speed is the lower one.

but as a light player, i still fail to see how i will manage to play those tanks.....without being outspotted, wiped, before i can do something useful...

to be an ACTIVE SCOUT it just needs to be able to SPOT AND NOT TO SNIPE !!

for this it needs viewrange and nasty gun

thats all what wg cant understand...

give it a VR about 400m and a gun with 0.5 accuracy, 3 aimtime and rest unchanged...

you will see a magic change and how this will be a SCOUT and not a useless gunner

simply allow it to SPOT and NOT TO SNIPE or rely on damage if this is his suposed role !

so easy...

*same for ALL vehicles on this class

You got 500 battles. You can better play more to understand the game.
Have you ever seen a scout ONLY spotting and having higher as 60% winrate? nope?
Scouts must shoot aswel.. they can't win by spotting only
