I have purchased 30days of premium,but not show in the game i want my money back.can someone from adminitration can help me?

First of all, confirm that the payment was completed with your bank, if using that.

Mobile payments can take a few workdays to be completed.

 

If the payment is completed according to your bank, then raise a ticket with support concerning the issue.

1. Is the transaction listed on your bankaccount?
2. Did you get a confirmation mail from wargaming?
3. Did that mail give any info about possible delivery time?
4. Do you know that onlinegames like this one always have a customer support?
