Wargaming needs to remove the general chat! There are only haters and people with bad chat behavior!

One option is spammers. But you spamming the same topic in every section is fine?

Ehm... do you really need people to tell you the obvious?
I mean that you could simply stop using the general chat and be done with it.
btw: They already do ban quite a few people there. Quite a lot, actually. But that doesn't help turning that pukebucket into a better place, though...

General chat serves a very important purpose of drawing out the most toxic chat spammers & edgy little kids and getting them chatbanned faster than what would happen if they continued that behaviour in the team chat during the battle. It's a necessary cesspool that helps to keep the other channels clean since the average player is too lazy to use the search function to find proper channels.
