What are best tanks in tier 2 and tier 3? I want to kill some enemies with cheap premium ammo and well skilled crew :D

It's a bit powercrept but the PzIC in the right hands is still a murderous tank. It's pretty much paper armour but it's extremely fast and carries an autoloader which can preload a sickening amount of shells allowing you to fire volleys that will kill most equal tier tanks in 1 or 2 full clips. Premium ammo entirely optional.

The Locust is also pretty good I think but it's a premium.

Pz1c, but that gold ammo is not cheap. Costs about 500K to fill it with 100% gold. And pen is not that great either vs say the AMX 40 or the Matilda for it to be reliable damage. Marder II is one many go for. Or even the M2 Light, as it has enough side armor to angle vs clip guns like the T7CC or the 1c. Crusier II derp is also one that most go for.

Tbh me personally only have one normal tank at low tiers. The Pz1c. As if I want to have some brainless low tier fun with no care for win or lose when high tiers gets frustrating. The T2 Light is usually the one I go for.

if you want to feel absolutely filthy the M2 light is the go to seal clubber. grossly overpowered due to having decent armor that will stop most same tier autocannons and some low penn guns, good speed/mobility and a gun that can clip same tier tanks in one clip.

tl;dr M2 light is a lightning bruiser, good at everything.

Yes but the Grille 15 pens it every time with standard ammo, while the M2 has to load premium to pen the Grille back reliably.

FVCM 36 PAK 40 is pretty strong on tier 3, enough AP penetration for almost every enemy, good aimtime, good reload, extreme view range and camouflage values and the reload is fine, too

It was removed from the Store quite some time ago though.

Type 97 Chi-Ha is pretty good for a tier 3 imo; no need to load gold even.

Tier 2 is the "Pz.Kpfw. 38H 735 (f)" but you difficult to find that tank since discontinue for sale. I recommend H35 as decent tier 2 with all round 40 mm armor.  Tier 3 are Pz.Kpfw. III and Pz.Kpfw. II Ausf. G both can pen tier 4 tanks with upgraded guns.

Look at the Chech line (38) wich as a 3 round autoloader that has interesting stats and can do wonders.

If u wanna run with the pack PZ1C as usual but not all can master it...

Also u can look at the TDs... The SU76M and the IKV72 are really nice ones.

SHort list:

Panzer 1C - racing tank with a clip that takes as long to fire as to reload

Panzer 2G - slower tank with long clip reload but it can pen everything it meets (same gun as Luchs, just worse reload and less shells)

Cruiser - the KV-2 of tier 3

Großtraktor - bigger, more mobile, still derpy

UE57 - no gundepression, tiny, could reliably pen tier 5s from every angle when it could still meet them.

Pak40 - the UE57s evil twin with old camo and the viewrange from hell - outspots everything it can meet

Chech tier 3 - mini-chi-ri. 3 shot autoloader

actually there are many more good tanks.....

I used to really like the Pz. 38(t). I'd use it to test how stable my old potato pc and network connection was before I got better both. A single shooter gun with really fast aim time, very accurate and some really good dpm for it's tier along with pen values that can punch through everything it meets, 62/115.

Not fast or fancy but the gun is just great and reliable so even with a useless pc at the time and so many tech issues, 210 battles, 67% win rate, 532 kills, 9 max(multiple times) and I think it will put you in better practice than the machine gun tanks will. At least you will get to hone your single shot skills and learn to advance your gun for moving targets and aim for weak points, track tanks, that sort of sh**. gl

I don't play any regular tier II tanks. I have some Premium gift tanks, but it's the map rotation and gameplay that keeps me away from them unless I play with my son who started the game last year.

At tier III, my favourite keepers start to appear. In the regular tank lines I have the Marder II, SU-76M and Pz IC. The Panzer has the third highest Wn8 of any of my tanks with a good number of battles. The SU-76M has the second highest win rate of all my well-played tanks, and the Marder II seems to be just a good all-rounder. In a tier V match I did 11x my own HP in damage. http://wotreplays.eu/site/3489679#lakeville-powjay-marder_ii

The best tier 2 tank is the Cruiser m.k III.
Altough almost all t2 tanks are a statpadders dream with good crews, this one is way above the competition. Its lightning fast, has a clip that kills other T2-s in a 1 second burst, and altough lightly armored you still [edited]ricochet half the automeme shells fired at you. The POM-POM will always pen everything you meet (no need for gold ever), and with the -19 gun depression you can just roll back into cover for the reload. On city maps you can use the speed to do the same. If a td gives you a hard time you can just blindfire all the bushes in front of you untill it dies, since T1-2 maps now only have a few camping spots. (It has enough ammo to kill a team 5 times over so no need to worry about wasting shells) One of the most comfy 1v8 carry tanks in the game if you are a filthy sealclubber - and its the only reason T2 matches are not automaticaly won by the teams with most italian Tanks - both of witch pit the old T18 to shame, but thanks to this thing still only the second and third best.

Pz1c really has no other competitors

Which really rises the question why WG releases seal clubbing tanks which only punish new players

Hotchkiss H35 is still rather nasty at tier 2, assuming you can get it to where you want it to be in time.

I forgot to mention the M15/42 yesterday. I played this morning for crew training (to get them to 100% in major qualification) with the x5 and Christmas bonuses. I'll just leave this here.

BT-7A

Fast, derpy, HE can pen a lot of target for more than half of their HP. Nice free sealclubbing machine WG gave us.
