I recently unlocked strv 103-0, wanted some tips to play with him, so far I'm not very happy with it, as I am giving shots more than 15 meters from a bush, medium distance shots, and being spotted. Anyway, I wanted to know how to play with it, what equipment should I use, remembering that I have the tank shortly and have not yet unlocked any modules, so I can only use about 2 equipments.

Rammer, Binnoculars and Cammo Net.

Crew fully trained into cammo. With cammo trained crew and cammo net (and of course cammo paint) that tank have awesome cammo rating and it keep it while rotating hull in siege mode.

Swedish tanks best played on a chair purchased from IKEA.

Play it semi-aggressively Vs guns less than 105mm, you can bounce a lot, so when fronts become clear go support meds on mid-range, to migitate relative inaccuracy of gun. If you have to meet heavies frontally, shoot and immediately exit shoot mode and back off. 103-0 is far less forgiving than UDES in terrain use due to fixed gun, so plan every move in advance.

Oh yeah. Paint, camo net and crew asap at camo, otherwise it'll feel like driving a Skorp G.

The change from UDES to the STRV103-0 is brutal, at least when i did it it felt that way, since 103-0 sacrifices the camo rating to get a bit of armor, so if u go about playing it as u were in the UDES its not gonna be a pleasant experience, but it does prepare u for the 103B.

As stated before, camo net, binos and rammer are a must, also crew trained in camo, bia and all perks for movement and gun handling helps alot.

Just keep in mind that u dont have the same camo value anymore so u gotta be more careful when engaging enemies, and in this one u can get spotted more easily when behind a bush when u fire since camo rating is lower, but also from tanks far to your sides cause it has a bigger profile than the UDES.

U can semi bounce some shots, all that use under 100mm guns u can safely assume u can take the hit and dont pick up damage from them, but never rely on that entirely.

Gun is good, not as good off course as the 103B but very decent and will land u good solid shots on enemies.

Best tactic here is to try always to keep distance between u and your targets, shoot from far and in concealement as much as possible, and u will notice fast that u need to have a escape route and diferent positions set on the map to use cause u will not be able to just stay in one spot shooting without consequence.

At least have a gun rammer. And don't be that guy that sits in (or near) the base all game long. It is annoying for your own team, your enemy team and I doubt it gives much joy for yourself.

I play it with binos, vents and rammer. Gun is a bit inaccurate so you must plan in advance where to sit and shoot. Don't think you gonna sit way at the back and snipe.
