If you haven't disabled it you instantly when killed get shown the tank that shoot you (if it's spotted) but I'm guessing you more speak about the traditional CoD/BF kill cam?

Personally I don't see much point in expanding on what's already present in the game as it is.

It would be nice to see the last few seconds of the enemy point of view (unless the enemy is concealed)

That's just something I think will results in this forum and WG support getting flooded with clueless players accusing others for cheating since they don't understand what happened.

Sometimes I don't understand what just happened. If there was a kill cam I would understand. And there would be less "omg hack" threads.

I doubt that there would be less "omg hack" threads, but generally speaking you most of the time can just watch the replay file later on to find out what happened if it was something you felt was weird, most things can be explained by simply swinging the camera around looking at your own tank from different perspectives.

Edit: Watching the replay from inside the client while logged in however would be nice.

Is it possible to see the enemy's point of view (exactly what it sees) during a replay without mods  ?

Not from their viewpoint no, but if you swing the camera around looking at your own tank and depending on the location and situation perhaps zoom out a bit it's often enough to see what happened. We have an active "omg cheater" thread at the moment which turned out to be just sections of the "victims" tank sticking out behind cover without him realizing it, something you can see by watching the replay quite clearly.

I think a player would understand his mistakes if he would see how the enemy kill him (without the hassle of loading a replay - which is not from the enemy's point of view).
But if everybody accepts this missing feature so be it.

And that's just it. You don't get info on enemy locations if not spotted. As your client lacks that info, he can't show it to you. And to prevent cheating of a more severe kind, you are also limited in info you get about spotted targets. Thus no propper kill cam can be added, as with their sniper view etc.

The kill cam could be added at the end of the game...  So at least it could be viewed afterwards.

for obvious reasons, a kill cam would give away the enemy position...

remember that one of the main aspects of world of tanks gameplay is the concealment,  so immediately if you knew where the guy who killed you was...

you could simply tell your platoon mate or your team to kill him in position X or Y...

It would be nice if they fixed the hit decals that are currently not working on many tanks so you knew where you got hit/penetrated.

Showing where the final blow landed would also be a nice feature.
