What is it with the rectums who drive these tanks. They get in your way, try and squeeze in small gaps next to you and then you end up paying the price because the turd is distracting with his shoving. These particular gimps begged for a premium round in the starfish

......and breathe

In all seriousness though, has all semblance of manners and consideration for other players vanished?

In the last week I've experienced

  • Being shot by a team mate who decided I was in a better spot
  • Had an arty on my team try and push my TD out of 'his' bush
  • Had a heavier tank on my team push me out into the line of fire resulting in death

Bad form all round

Manners, unfortunately, are something rarely found in such bad tempered children.

Take solace in the fact that they are propbably desperately sad & lonely individuals whos only human contact comes from acting like a bellend in an online game:)

I hate crossing bridges and the oncoming tank can't drive in a straight line. There are a lot of rude players in this game, push you off hills and use you as shields.

I find it nearly intolerable when playing heavies in overcrowded brawling spots.

I find the playerbase surprisingly decent. Sure, there are a lot of idiots, but it's usually not directly affecting me.

As always, I have to ask: Are you perhaps doing something that attracts this sort of attention? Most of the posts complaining about 'bad manners' come from, let's say, a particular type of player. While I don't know you or your gameplay, your examples could easily be perceived as, respectively:

  • Educating a redline-sniping top-tier heavy tank who's ruining his team's chance at winning a match.
  • Educating a 'dedicated' TD player who won't do anything useful until the enemy, literally, drives into the base.
  • Heavily incentivizing some godawful player who occupies a whole flank sidescraping, blocking his teammates' guns, to move.

I'm not saying shooting or pushing teammates is warranted. However, if you can make a post in frustration over something that for most players happens very, very rarely, I can sure as heck happen to shoot or 'nudge' a teammate in frustration. Just too bad when they shoot back and get banned. :(

It's something I've only ever experienced a hand full of games since 2013, but why not give them a dose of silver up the tailpipe? use it to educate them

I've run into quite a few rude people who park their tank in a key spot, taking the place meant for 2 or 3 tanks... that way people have to wedge themselves in to make room for them to actually get some shots off. Even worse are those there try to side scrape in those situations, as that often leaves a few tanks unable to get into that spot, such that they can support with their guns.

There are always two sides to the story and the OP seems to be like the people I've just described.

Unfortunately my friend, there is no such thing as 'your spot' or 'my spot'

It's first come first served.

I am not saying there is, I am however saying that if a spot can hold 2 or 3 tanks and it is a strategical choke point where you actually need that number of tanks... then having one tank hog it up means that the chances of winning just got decreased drastically.

Personally I normally just drive away and let the person rot in hell as he gets out matched by the other side all alone. Which of course means that the person will then spend 3-5 minutes complaining about how bad the team is and whatnot.

A post asking for manners that doesn't start with some kind of Hello is somehow starting disqualified ...

I must confess that, as a regular arty player, nothing makes me happier than three + tanks in close formation like that

Normally not an issue as those spots are in general inside towns in arty cover area, max is that you can stun them a little.

That's where the M53/M55 comes in handy - very easy to relocate to get the angle needed.

Because you usually park your TD behind arty? :)

Pretty much this

If some bag with wich one douches thinks I'm "in his spot" or thinks he can do a better job ..

I just back away and let him. No use getting worked up about it ... Its bad for the heart

My usual response to this sort of activity is "If you want this position so badly, get a faster tank' .

Which is kind of ironic, because it happens to me a LOT in slow TDs like the Borsig and the FCM 36

Bridges in this game are dangerous enough with tanks just going in one direction on them, I would never dare to cross a bridge when someone else is crossing from an opposite direction, as an added bonus here is one of my top tiers from the other day:

Spoiler

Funny how that goes isn't it?

Sometimes I wonder if it's just morons trying to get a rise out of someone.
