If i already own FV4202, and i purchase the bundle including it again. Am i then going to receive the full amount of gold it costs in the premium shop instead?

usually yes. if you already have a tank and you buy it again you receive the gold amount for it instead.

But the full amount? Because i'm not sure, but i thought i heard somewhere that it's only that half amount.

That's if you trade it in that's a different thing.

You get full amount, plus a garage slot.

Because i was thinking about buying the FV4202 Package bundle offer twice, and if you are right i would get 14600 gold 60 premium days, 100% crew x 2 and double amount of personal reserves. This should be possible right? Did wargaming write anything about this topic anywhere?

If you already have a tank:

If you win the tank in a marathon or whatever you only get the credit value (usually it works like this but not always).

But if you pay for it with $ you get the gold value.

It depends. Usually you get the full gold value. Though sometimes if a tank is heavily discounted in the shop (30%+) WG will only give you a reduced amount. Unfortunately there is no clear indication when this happens, WG doesn't have a proper policy for that (at least none that is public).

So i have to take the chance, and maybe waste my money.. Do you think wg would refund it, if i only got the half?

Make sure to always read the announcement page and the relevant premium shop page just before you click buy - in some special cases/events WG specifically don't give you the gold if you already own the tank, but when that happens they do specify it upfront.

In your case I'm pretty sure you get the full value as you pay the regular price (the "discount" is just that you get extra stuff on top). Though when I got less gold than expected from buying a discounted premium tank and complained about it I got a refund.

That's usually just when they add free low-tier tanks to gold packages.

I can confirm 2 things.

1. You get the full value in gold if the tank is bought when no on sale

2. You get the full value in gold if the tank is bought with a discount voucher.

I only bought gold this way last weekend so that's pretty recent. I like to go the M4 Rev path since I already have one obviously but you can compare easily in the premium shop if you don't have access to the game right now. The Rev cost €27.45 and guess what, 7,500 gold cost €27.45 lol so if you already have that tank you will notice your gold jump up and additional 7,500.

The only thing I don't know is if we get the full gold value during a discount or "on sale" weekend. The only reason a person would buy a tank they already have is to get a slight discount on gold so... probably? I can only confirm the discount voucher gives a full gold return.

Or to get the X5 mission multipliers perhaps? If you buy a tank again that you play a lot anyhow, it's great for fast crew training, and the gold is an added bonus.

As Tungsten said, you get full gold. I have the FV4202 and I bought it again two months ago. Had a 30% discount voucher, so I bought the FV4202 the second time. Got full gold compensation, garage slot and crew. It works even when the tank itself is on sale.

1. If obtained via the marathon for free = silver value.

2. If paid real hard cash for the FV4202 in the past = gold value.

Unless stated otherwise on the product page. That it has done at times.  You will get the full gold refund when buying a bundle containing a tank you already own. Always. You do not get gold if you get it for free via a code or an event. Then it's silver only. But as you bought it for real money, you get the value in gold for it back. That's always been the rule the past few years.

I actually tried it once. Bought the FCM on discount once more. I got the full gold amount, and nicely discounted. The gold I then used to get the Strv S1, on a discount, while trading in the T28 Proto. Was quite the 'cheap' Tier VIII premium (but any which way you look at it, still money for Wargaming).

Now that I think about it, I've most often bought tanks I already have when I know they come with BIA crews, again getting the full gold.

Yes, if you get a bit creative you can actually get some pretty decent deals even when what you actually want isn't on discount. I got a double 30% discount that way.

I've bought many of the Berlin tanks, and others that come with BIA crews, more than once and you get the crew and garage slot, plus any other stuff, and the full gold for the tank. It works out as good value considering the time and resources you'd need to grind a full BIA crew.
