Cant even reset the blacklist. Let alone expand it.

No more money for incompetence and/or laziness.

There's a mod for expanding it.

Really? Does Aslain's modpack contain it?

Yes it does. I use it myself.

But you're right anyway, out of 8 tickets I've always been responded with automatic message systems, why bother contacting them?

5 people in my blacklist.  Why blacklist people for blah blah, when you can block them for battle.  Better use the List for the real dross.

Also, I wonder what job you do, that has no rules governing what you can and cannot do for your customers?

So discussing support is wrong

And how would you expect them to enlarge your list?

Support is for support not for spurious complaints

Yeah, tell me about it. When I contacted support because of the send-message-to-friendlist-bug, first they told me that I ran an OS update from 2011, even though I run Windows 10 that was released in 2015, and then they wanted me to update my BIOS. Not sure if I should laugh or cry...

On topic though, it's understandable that they can't expand your blacklist, as that's something implemented by code on the server, but I'm honestly surprised that they can't empty it...

It's just that they're extremely slow to add QoL improvements to the client, you'd think by now they'd add an actual spam blocker so people can't fill your entire screen while throwing a tantrum mashing the minimap

You want bad customer service? Try Oak Furniture Land. They make Wg look efficient and caring.

Maybe you're more forgiving towards the numerous nincompoops that thrive on ruining someone's day.

I prefer to mark them so I know who I should keep an eye on...or focus on if they're on the enemy team.

If you have 1000 people in your blacklist the problem might be you and not WG

Pretty sure a part of the blame falls on the playerbase itself aswell.

My list is empty, haven't really seen anything to warrant using it that much. It's not that hard to ignore people.

Many don't use it to ignore people, but to recognize them in future games.

If 1000 players deserve to be blacklisted then obviously there are 1000 players to be blamed for that.

A number of people have found themselves with broken friends/black lists after the chat issues of 2017/2018 unable to manually remove people.

Also friend requests were being accepted automatically even if it was set not to.
