When are you going to enforce with a system where you can't run any mods that are not distributed from the official mod-hub?

Cobra 6

Not even sure how they would actually do something like that, considering how many different ones there are and the general way to set them up. Also how would the enforce it once people themselves do minor tweaks to the way the legal ones work, like changing colours and whatnot?

Mods are a sensitive topic for some, but at the same time they add so much enrichment and options for players to personalise their client. I remember many mods that were there in game to improve QoL that are now integrated into the game!

I'm not talking about mods personalizing you garage, in game sounds or anything like this.

But how will you explain allowing "Enemys Direction of View" mod on mod hub you are promoting?

This is pure cheating and it is promoted by WG

There is more if you look deep in to it, like allowing player stats for in game client is no good either, i have seen not once players returning to garage at the start of game by drowning or jumping of the cliff only because mod is showing 30% win chance....

Is this QoL you call??

It would be nice to have the ping-spam blocker as a permanent feature.
So annoying to have to blacklist people...

But if you say "ban all mods" that means quite literally all mods.

The same way you should consider the improved quality of life improvement mods that are now an integral part of the game, for instance the artillery "G" key view etc.

As soon as things are ready and we've got a definite deadline and time to make sure there's nothing going to go wrong, we'll share the info and details.
