Would be great to have an 'On/Off' switch for these, as sometimes you want a few matches in an 'old faithful' tank to get away from the grind.

Most likely too hard for them to make, personally I would code it into my game right away as it is an excellent way for the players of the game to gain a little control and therefore drop more money into the game as they would feel that they benefit more from it.

I agree wholeheartedly. Also I play a lot of premium tanks (especially when they are chucking weekend missions about that only reward premium tank play) and many of them have x number of x5 missions for wins attached to them. The problem is that if I win a battle in one of these premiums after the first victory of the day double is used up it will x5 me for the premiums own intrinsic missions and then x5 me again for the x5 missions I have for any vehicle any victory. This does lead to some impressive experience totals but is a waste to me. If a vehicle has x5 missions restricted to itself then they should be used when the first victory of the day is used up but they should not stack. The normal x5 for any vehicle/victory should not be used on top! The big problem I have at the moment is I bought the package last year which comprised of just about every low tier premium in the game, each tank came with I think 30 odd missions/x5. Now, I want to play these low tier premiums for fun but I also have 111 open x5 missions and I cannot bring myself to risk wasting them on low tier premiums which I only bought for fun and as such I am basically restricted to one battle or at least one victory a day in them. As for the argument that it might be a difficult operation coding the missions to have a toggle on/off switch. Well, I cannot imagine it would be that hard as their is already a mechanism coded into the game that prevents their use prior to the first victory of the day bonus being used? Anyway I think these missions are a good idea as they allow you to move up lines quicker and when you get to the higher tiers it can be a little soul destroying watching how little progress you make day after day unless you are a unicum. To move from Tier IX to Tier X can take me months and months! Yee haa

There is.

Just don't win. :P

In fact they don't kick in until after the daily double so don't win more than once a day in any tank and you won't use them up.

Another way is to separate the big packages to smaller ones, like the 75 x5 separated to 5 packs of 15 x5,  and the player may have available the option to activate them when he wants (like the personal reserves).

I bought this X5 package last time...some tips for ppl who are interesting

Well,

1. so fast to grind some horrible tech tree...with premium time and +100% exp PR, you will get 5000-12000 exp per victory (last time, I used it for my T110E5 grind from M103, average 7000 exp per game)

2. you cannot stop it once you purchased it, so sometimes, you have to either wait for your "early died tank", or play other stock daily double tank.

3. I dont feel MM change (bottom tier as always) when I was using it.

4. it`s ok to camp (play safely, don`t yolo in the early game), if you die early, then you have to wait...

5. you dont get x5 free exp for each win in this mission.

If there's some way to pause 'em  I'd buy 75 package instantly. Got one last time and it was somewhat annoying to just do the grindy lines until those ran out.

This is a really good idea.

if a on/off switch cannot be implemented then turn them into a 30 minute duration as an option as well

As it stands now these packages are more or less useless to me as I have all tanks in the game researched.
If I would be able to activate or deactivate them I might have used them for grinding the new wheeled vehicle tech tree coming 1.4 patch.

Do these x5 bonuses only work in Random Battles, or do they work in Clan Wars as well?

They are still useable with accelerated crew training. Personally I'd consider using them to train a wheeled tank crew, but I'm not sure I'm bothered enough about wheeled tanks to make it worthwhile.

My comments were delayed as I spend time not at work (believe it or not).

And this is the same system as those who buy premium vs not, the intention is if you want to spend money to progress and you still have to earn the win and the bonus, try not to make it difficult for players to spend money.

Whereas your "argument" is based on giving large sums of xp away for free, I hope you can see the difference.

Does the x5's work with the x3's of the chinese line? like x8 per total?
