In almost every game I get messages like:
I got hit by *****
Request fire at (What ever they see)
I like to support my teams, but all these bot messages are ruining the game a bit. I'm sure that War Gaming can detect who is using bot mods, even if this is in the low end.

Whining about whining?

What you don't realise is that these messages are meant to keep the team informed of what happnens in the game. Particularly useful late game to figure out the location of bushwanking tds or other hidden threats.

But if they are too much for you you can just ignore them...

And Btw the "request fire" is part of the standard game. U never use it?

It actually useful information if it's getting hit by a clicker, it means you might skip a chemio for the next 15 seconds. :coin:

I don't mind it. If there is only one arty. I know someone got hit and that he is reloading. Thus I can move up or expose myself with less fear of getting countered. That and you know where the enemy arty focus is.

There are plenty of messages that I follow from other people in the game, either from mods or standard game

Requesting fire at...
Got spotted at...
Got hit at...
Your're blocking my line of fire...
Fall back...

I use Affirmative when scouting an advancing position and not getting sixth sense lit...

the request fire button is actually an ingame feature... ever tried pressing the T button whilst aiming at a tank?

its very simply telling someone you need / want help with killing that specific tank.

the other ones you just tune out after a while

This is unlikely to end up high on Wargaming's priorities if it ends up on their to-do list at all. You're probably best off trying to find a mod that blocks these messages, there might be one as you're not the only one who finds these things spammy. If one doesn't exist maybe contact a modmaker to see if they're interested in making one, shouldn't be too hard.

If all else fails just block players with these mods for the battle, or blacklist if you want to overdo it for the off-chance they're on your team again.

Those spam mods can be annoying indeed, but WG obviously doesn't care.
Would love to see those on the list of forbidden mods.
