And give people a chance to get the tanks via taking part in the new referral program?

Changed! I've double checked and you should be able to receive either 2 tanks or tanks and credits. Basically, a reward for each time the 3 stages are completed in the season.

If it wasn't complicated and completely different, it would have been done. But things are so vastly different between 2 the programs and the way they work that it is not possible to carry over.

So if the new recruitment program 2.0 is completely different from 1.0 and it is not possible to carry over the progress- then the decent thing for wargaming to do in this instance  would have been to award the completed rewards to the people who were on the 1.0 recruitment program. If you end it without doing this as you have done then you are effectively giving a big middle finger to commanders and recruits who were on 1.0.

I had two recruits, people who I brought into your game , they have both spent money on premium tanks so giving wargaming plenty of money not to mention all the time I've spent teaching them about the game and how to play well. This really sucks as it is. I will never again bring any more people into this game in fact I will in future recommend other games to friends looking for new games to try. So you can shove recruitment version 2,0 where the sun don't shine you bunch of EDITED.

It would be logical, when it is a new, fresh start, then old recruits can become commanders and vice versa. Not sure if you can be both. Cant imagine, that you can be though and play as a platoon of 3 and stack the bonuses. That would be insane.

@eekeeboo

Any informations about that?

As highlighted in the program those who haven't played in a set period of time or have under a set amount of battles can also be recruited.

I have two recruits at the moment and one has now reached level 9.

As I am a tank collector I am looking forward to adding the T95E2 to my collection ( yes I've read it is not a great tank but this doesn't bother me)

Please confirm that when my recruit reaches tier 10 I will still receive this tank.

This was highlighted previously, many times that the progression will be lost entirely, unfortunately.

Marathons are not "Convenient" in any way, shape, or form.  They are just a money spinner.

This new system shows you getting up for 54 points for a platoon win.  3 stages of 500 points each to get a tier 8 tank.  So that's less than 28 really good wins, not counting the losses you earn points on.  Basically (If the video is to be taken at face value, and It probably shouldn't) then you can earn a Tier8 tank in about 50 battles.  Marathon will expect you to do that many EVERY DAY for 10-20 days.

A couple of days of battles after Spending the time it takes to do 1 battle to invite someone so you can earn a tier 8 tank, bonds, and some other junk seems fairly "Convenient" to me in comparison.

It's important to highlight that the comment was made by someone (not me) on a blog site. This why it's important to check what you quote and where it's from ;)

And at what stage do you stop giving people the reward bearing in mind the length of time and notice people had that the program was coming to an end. What you've essentially just said the decent thing to do would be to give out more free things on top of the free things because not giving more free things is unethical and bad.

Yeah, and it would really cost wargaming so much to give out a few T95E2 pixel tanks in compensation right?

In the way they have done this they are going to really cost themselves some real money in lost revenues and from terrible customer service.

It's not about cost, it's about being responsible and reasonable in what you give away and how much.

In the client, there're some more requirements than just the 60 days of inactivity:

Mostly I'm wondering about the 2nd and 4th points:

2. "Player has not yet completed any Recruit Contracts"

Does this mean that a player that has once been a recruit can never ever be a recruit again?

4. "Player has never been and is not a Commander at the moment"

Does this mean that a player that has once been a commander can never ever be a a recruit again?

The reason I'm asking is because let's say that a player takes a break for 60 days, and then wants to come back into the game again. Does this mean that if this player has brought in recruits in the past, he can not be a recruit himself, despite that he has not played any battles for 60 days?

Also, how come that commanders are not allowed to pick a tier 6-7 tank from the recruit reward list? I mean the value of those tanks is lower so why not?

The announcement was made A LONG time ago, and you say you are truly harmed by the ending but state that you did not care for the information that was provided. There is only so much we can do to inform you if you don't want to be informed. The recruitment progress continued as per the request from players to extend it because it was meant to end in January, but was extended further (Also communicated). There's a stage where being friendly and your friend are VERY different things. Note my lack of swearing, using insults or derogatory terms at you. My job is to communicate with you, not give you everything you want.

4. "Player has never been and is not a Commander at the moment"

And my question is... i had 1 recruit in 1.0 program and i already have in my garage the T95E2... so, now in 2.0 program, can i stop for 60 days to be a recruit?? or i will never can be a recruit at this point??

Thx ;)

I have played 16 games in platoon with Commander and only one mission Battle after Battle counted in. So only 15 points instead of 45.

If I invite a player that hasn't played for 60 days and he becomes my recruit and we get the premium rewards, will he ever be able to become a commander? Or once you are a recruit you will be a recruit for ever?

This system is useless for commander, as recruit can ply without Commander and can get points while Commander cant....WTF??

And when you recruit a noob to get points in platoon with Tier 1-5 tanks is highly impossible unless somehow those recruits become unicms

There are problems with the referral program due to high load. WG has disabled the post battle notifications about referral program progress. But progress is still being made and saved.

Great, so you delete my post and then quote things that I didn't say. Nice.

I don't want to be informed? Really? When have I said that? I stated the opposite in fact.

So your job is to communicate in a passive aggressive mode to wargaming customers ? Insulting them them while trying badly to conceal the fact you are insulting them.

Nice work, I can't believe wargaming are actually paying you to insult their customers.

i just want what was offered by wargaming( not you) for recruiting players to their game....and you answer like this----

("My job is to communicate with you, not give you everything you want.")

weird thing is, i knew about it in December...so plenty of time. If no time, u had gold+free xp for it
