6th sense must be default?
1. WG have already said in the past that they are considering making six sense a default perk.
2. WG have also said in the past that they wish to re-work crew perks - this was said quite some time ago and nothing much has leaked out about any changes.
3. If six sense is to be given free then how will the game compenstate all those players who grinded six sense on commanders that required it?
They should just move it to that useless radio operator, or any crew member with that role.
It would even have some meaning, as the "ears" of the tank.
The commander already has lots of usefull perks.
IMHO Sixth Sense should be a "hidden" universal perk for all tanks, just like the old Situational Awareness perk in World of Warships.

Not sure if possible but, perhaps give the option to exchange it with another Commander-unique perk with a training level equal to what Sixth Sense had before the eventual swap?

Make the Commander position a zero skill crew effect and credit all commanders with the crew xp difference?
I liked the earlier idea WG toyed with, is that you get 6th sense whenever you have a 100% trained radioman (or whoever the radioman is in that tank) alive in your crew. That makes healing your radioman in game much more of an choice, which it isn't now, at all.
Grinding 100 games just to get sixth sense on a commander (and let's face it, that's when you kind of unlock the full gameplay experience) is just stupid.
(Yes, you can grind the skill faster through specific setup.)
But it just creates an invisible gap between new players and experienced ones, a gap that's incredibly hard to overcome when you're new, because it takes a *lot* games to figure out how to get your first guy to 100% first skill in the first place. And then hope they just randomly realize that 6th sense is mandatory. Crew skills is one of the most confusing aspect of the game which creates the biggest difference in the beginning ; how the #"%&# is a new player even going know what's the actual difference between a 50% crew member and 100%. There's hardly any difference between the performance of 1 and 2 skill crews, but shooting at 50% players with 100% crew is like playing a different game altogether.

Your also right but if you have enough money you can buy a premium tank with full crew. Btw game give you woman crew with full 2 skills. For newbies its not fair. I invite my friend to this game and i explain perk system and after a while they says "..ck this ..it im not play". In world of warships game gives you default 6th sense and works very well i think.

Low tier TECH TREE (no premiums) tanks on accounts with less then 1-2k games and win rate below 50-55% should have it by default.

There is this golden rule of making a game - if an option becomes mandatory and everyone is using it, then it isnt even an option and should be baseline feature. And compensation? Nothing easier than resetting commander skills for free and you can slam whatever other skills on there afterwards... i dont see why anything more than that should be done. Its not like everyone has 5+ skills commanders so gaining additional skill on commander is useless. Imo it would even make vast majority of people better off as people have 1-3 skills on their crews i imagine, so suddenly you would actually get the ability to get camo/bia/repairs/situational awareness unlike this one skill that isnt a choice and is the same and first choice on literally every tank in the game apart from clickers.

Maybe rename a grinded 6th sense to 6th sense + or extra and give it a slight time bonus over the free version?
Although I suspect you'll just be given a perk/skill in place of it.
That said, devs have gone on about crew 2.0 so it maybe a very big revamp of many perks/skills

Mostly true for russian tanks, but some other lines don't.
At least having lots of crew members would not be so useless as it is today ... now you have to train them all for camo, repair, ... and when you see Jap Heavies with 2 radio operators, just lol.
I think the worst thing about 6th sense is when you have lots of tanks is when you are not sure if THIS commander has it.
