You sure? What I've tested it on test server, gun felt the second best on tier X right after T-100 LT with the high alpha... The tank itself is a great active scout but has a high skillcap. If your skill level is low, rush enemy base in the beginning, kill skypigs and if you do enough turns you will get away with it and make a ton of spot (what I've seen). Average players won't hit you at all.

It is becoming more like world of scouts. Feels like some of the old shoot'em up car games on Amiga. No time or need to aim for weak spots and to use many different skills. Just rush and shoot, or camp and wait. It was such a good game once. Now more for this group of players :child:IMHO.

Why not make two versions. One that works more like the old WOT without RNG and fiction tanks, and one with 1.4 version, and see which is more popular.

Maybe so. It was also ment like one more battlemode-extention to keep many elder players aboard. Thanks for many good hours in this game anyway.:great: One must adjust.:honoring:

Played a lot of games in the Tier 6 Armoured car A/C last night never saw more than 3 on a team usually it was 1 or 2 so games were fine.

btw the first Armoured car was built in 1902 and by the start of WW1 they were fairly common.

Tanks as such came in later and true tanks as we know them with a fully rotating turret a little later still.

 

A/Cs AFVs TDs SPGs are "Tanks"

Has anyone worked out yet if HE splash has more or less affect on wheeled vehicles than tracked?

I'm glad you have fun and had fun, but the different modes queue times (like historical game mode) resulted in the game mode suffering because over time people lose interest and you have to sacrifice one or the other.

Is this a bug ? Crew skills on the new wheeled-vehicles dont work,the skill for the driver smooth ride doesn't change the skill level.And BIA no efect for the driver

ZDN are you using any garage MOD? I have the Xmas Glas crew on tier 6 and the BIA is active... I had to level up the Radio Operator to 100% and she had the BIA from the beginning, and also the Smooth Ride on driver and it is growing...

I hope to one day see the tzar-tank in the game - even if it is just a cameo during some event ^^

No mods,I have tier 6 and tier 7.And Bia plus Off-Road Driving dont add any skill bonus on the driver.Even in the comparator the skills dont add to any tier from 6 to tier 10 on the new line.

 

My fault  that i say smooth ride,i meant Off-Road Driving.I il send  a ticket for this,maybe is a small bug or just the new mechanics for wheeled-vehicles?

iI see the point now. You are right, when I mount/dismount the lady driver (100% off road) her skill does not affect to "maximum wheel turning angle" as it does with traverse on tanks. Working as intended? Then they should mark this skill as inactive on right panel, the same way they do if u have Situational Consciousness on IS7 Radio-Operator / Loader and u put him in the Non Radio Operator slot, for example.

This is not the same game i have been playing. These wheeled vehicles have nothing to do with tanks, they speed up game aggressively and they should be 6th class in game LTs,MTs, HTs,TDs,SPGs and now WV because having AMX 105 in your team and having EBR 105 at enemy's team is not the same sport.

What if you are just short of equipment its better to have the option to add binoculars rather than no equipment.

 

Looks like you do not want anyone playing these as anything other than an active scout flanker even if with crew skills and equipment they would not be awful as a spotter.

I will probably just go with Rammer Optics and either Vert Stabiliser or maybe Vents.

Would have been interesting to experiment though.

 

 

totally agree with you.

what wheeled vehicles  need is bigger gun , 203 mm ( 8") gun or maybe navy gun 280 mm. that will do

also its not fair have 10 mm armor and only 1000 HP, all tanks tier 10 have 1600-2400 HP

and ammo rack must be excluded, like at wtf panzer or t92 scorpion

and they must have turn ability to turn round itself

i dont see any reason why they cant fly? ground pressure is excluded from calculations of mobility anyway

now that would be fun

PS: why cant we have RAMBO with crossbow in bame?

how they fit inside such small object 105 gun??

patton need new turret for 105 mm gun instead 90 mm
