The gun on the Jg Pz is accurate and high enough RPM you can keep throwing it at enemies. The camo is good enough they don't have to risk being lit up like a Christmas tree
The KV2 is different in that people will generally play that tank VERY wrong until they understand HE mechanics and pen, aiming and movement etc.
The Jumbo and the T150 aren't pleasurable when stock and the ARL is one of the worst performings because players aren't used to it and especially struggle until they get the top gun. The Skoda has the issue with the size, low alpha a penchant for being focused by things that don't like you.
Not everyone does this, even when suggested because everyone wants to go with the shiny new tank!
hmm... I guess in the sense it is, but the JP wouldn't be one of those tanks id recommend. im not a terrible player and found it to be rather... lacklustre.. it just didn't have the ability of the other T6 TD's (bar the v39, that needs buffing)
I don't think any tank is pleasurable when stock (well there might be a few exceptions (430? ) ), is that really a thing we can consider? I think even the T-34-85 has a pretty poor start to it as well? (well, I never found the tank to be much use at anything anyway, but that's pure opinion)
the skoda may have size issues, but its more the playstyle it brings with it, not every newbie will want a fat slow tank! (and I still think it would have made a better choice instead of the 40tp or VK)
I think I just expected to see more "choices" of gamestyle within the list really. having a tank line that's horridly outdated like the panther line seems odd to me, but hey ho!

You should always consider how good/bad a tank is and how easy it is to upgrade, share of modules etc. All these things are important to new players, is the stock config so vastly different to the top config? The skoda, for example, is fast, but it's also fast enough that new players can over commit and get caught out and it's so badly armoured and large you will be punished for the smallest of transgressions.
The other part is to keep consistency of play style requirements. Tanks that don't require a great deal of in-game or mechanics knowledge and still be able to perform at a decent-ish level.
