I wonder if wheeled tank are good in frontline then in normal battles after watching youtuber Dezgamer playing AML Lynx in frontline test server. Open map with a lot of enemy spreading it sound a good map for "hit and run" in the wheeled tank.

You come close to the truth. Op team shoot at him and few misses and hits before they end his ride.

I still think a good light tank is better since on big maps vision is just as important as speed, the Lynx has an absolutely atrocious view range of 310 meaning pretty much everyone including heavies will spot you before you spot them.

You overestimate view ranges of tier 8 heavies. Considering you'll mostly meet premium russian heavies, they will have ~15 m view range advantage (~360 m on Lynx vs ~375 m on heavies - both with BiA and situational awareness, Lynx with optics, russian heavy with vents) while camo difference is what? 20-30%?

Also, consider the following:

- map is 3x bigger while teams are 2x bigger (you have a lot of room to move),

- APCR guns are rarity, so is ~0.3 accuracy and good gun handling,

- cover is everywhere so it's very easy to disappear from the line of sight.

Do you really think poor vision is really such a big factor for wheeled vehicles in frontline? Last time, LTs were abusing their mobility to attack from various positions, get behind enemy vehicles, etc. As LT, you can go fight some vehicle and when your HP gets low - go to repair depot, repair your tank, get back and finish your enemy. And Lynx will be able to jump between repair depots like no other tank - this alone is a massive advantage.

LTs in the Frontline are more of a mobile assassins than spotters.

I'll grind my lynx for sure in Frontline. There is no better way with current mm to grind even the worst tier 8 tanks. Other than that will only play my medium prems and earn tons of credits!
