so you had a potty mouth at some point take a bit of advice from a person who broke the chat rules before many moons ago .DONT its not worth it if you get annoyed make a tea or grab a beer and move on.

That's what we have your word for. And I suspect they know more why to ignore it anyway for all we know. As you think it's those two lines that got you banned.
