As highlighted above, only premium tanks have this function, this vehicle is intended to be more for those who have no tier 8 tech tree vehicle available.

Ok, now I get it.

Wasted some credits on that, so yeah...:sceptic:

Next time, I will not do that ever again, because tank with 75% crew is just a big joke...

The other option is to buy a premium or grind the line. It would be unfair to offer a full service for such a huge discount, even on a temporary basis vs those who have paid and ground. Tier 8 is not a tier you should dive into straight away without learning the rest of the game, especially with a game mode as complex as Frontlines. The rental option is there, it could very well not have been, just for perspective.

It's a shame you wasted the credits, but hopefully you can make those back quickly enough with some epic games in Frontline.

But you gave people the T-44-100 and T32 to use for free last year?

If you didn't want people diving straight in, you wouldn't be offering any tanks as rental surely? I know you don't make the decisions, but surely if you wanted to make it so new players could make use of and enjoy this game mode, you'd not give them a crappy crew? Sticky situation but handled badly imo

The difference being that was a short term one-off event. This will be a re-occurring event every week of the month.

The idea of the rental is it allows people to test and trial, not to play it permanently and just jump ahead, the expectation is the average new player will not jump up by spending money and destroy higher tier MM and games (atm this is a minority) but if you make the rental too cheap and too rewarding, that's what you will get. That's why the rental prices and rewards are what they are.

it is a joke that without any tier8 you can earn 250k quickly with 1 rental tank and new crew? It is just useless to wait and wait 5 minutes. for me no reason to wait most of the time in the frontline if you dont have other tier8 tank than 1 rental.

I get the prices, but why only supply a 75% crew? As I said, I've got many tier 8 tanks with a few skills each, but I'd want people to at least have a level playing field in terms of crew %. I get you're not here to agree that WG has done wrong, but here's a place to listen to customers that love playing your game and even more so, frontlines. Here's two people that don't like this 75% idea, that's 2 against right now

Because if you give a 100% crew you will have people using the offer to get crew ;)

This is a good idea, I want to rent the T34 before possibly buying it. However....I can't work out how to rent it, does anyone know?

When I go to the T34 it only gives them the option to purchase at full price. I've tried this in standard and frontline game mode.

Can anyone tell me where to find the rental option please?

Thank!

And people would still do it, because reading isn't everyone's strong suit and people would complain about being misled about something else. You put 100% crew and that's where they stop reading.

Can you try now that the servers aren't quite as full? Or make sure you're running an unmodded client.

I tried at different hours different dates, no mods installed, still can't access the frontline page

I'm being honest, the amount of times I have to answer PM's questions and forum threads because people didn't read the premium part, the rental part or how crew swapping works. People read the most important thing to them and stop there, that's an actual fact you will find everywhere and was very prominent when I was teaching.

It may be true but you tell this politely or dont tell to your customers,..ever heard of customer is ALWAYS RIGHT?

Being right does not apply if a person reads or not. That phrase btw is A) Not accurate and B) Has been found overall to provide a lower level of service. You can find this in various studies on business and customer service.

Test servers are actually for testing the patch and update ;)

Oh true but they are a great way to decide on new tanks or lines as well as some premiums.

I tested the T34 and Lowe 4 or 5 times before getting the T34.

So when people ask what tank or tank line is best which is a personal question I reccomend a test server.
