Well if you thought that Front Lines this year would be a pleasant grind like it was last year. Sorry to disappoint you, a steep ladder of cumulative xp now. The best example to offer you, level 14 is only one quarter, level 21 is about half and level 26 is just over 75% to getting your first prestige. Reddit posters are announcing that about an average of 19 +/- hours will be needed to reach level 30.

The casual player will need at least 3 +/- hours of FL per day during the monthly opening times. Of course the uni's will be faster and the tomatoes slower but you get the idea. Below is the latest chart.

And the rewards are gigantic, So it's absolutely ok for me. 2 free premiums/reward tanks, 2 millions credits per prestige point, consumables, directives (and even the meaningful ones), 7k bonds(!) for prestige 10, all this should not be given out for completely no efford.

Playing semi seriously with a 50% credit booster nets around 1 million an hour fairly easily.

That's enough reward for me. The reward tanks are not Russian mediums or heavies, so they will suck anyway.

Also, and I could be wrong here, isnt this years FL running for longer than last year? If I am right, then the grind is spread over a longer period of time and probably evens itself out compared to last year.

Maybe some players are just impatient  over eager and want expect the rewards within the first week.

Finding it unreasonable that you have to do 80 hours of work for a "free tank" is "millennial crying", the things you read on internet.

I quickly put those into a chart and it looks like this -

Red 2018, Yellow 2019

Completing Tier 29 requires as many points as Tiers 1-6.

What do you think the cost of one prestige badge/coin/whatever-it-is will be? Around 5-7€ ?  Seems like I had my hopes too high, sta-2 might be the best i can get to

Got ti tier 6 in 2 games. I don't feel like the leveling rate is bad at all. It makes sense that its increased, but you have MORE time to play this. ALSO! In August you will be able to reach prestige X. 1 week is more than enough to get the 1x prestige that you are given. Remember, starting next month, you can only prestige 1 extra than ur current prestige. And 1 week is PLENTY to do that. In case you don't reach prestige X by august, you have 2 extra weeks of gameplay to reach it.

If you play the event a couple hours per day each month then you will be MORE than fine. If you start the event in May you will have to spend more time on it.

The rewards and game mode on this carry over and are over months/years not a one off event. While also providing bigger rewards, hence the increased requirement.

Does the level mid prestige carry over, so if i hit rank 15 prestige 1, will it still be that next month or will it be rank 1 prestige 1?

It is pity that FL has been devoted for non-average players. For players who gets General all the time and have nothing else to do but play 12 hours a day. I was planned to use some money during FL(Somua SM, Lorry 40T, Premiun time etc...) but now my money goes somewhere else.

SF

This is not true.

Yesterday I got nothing but Generals and I am not a stellar player.

It is quite easy to get there but from what I see people are too keen in damage while forgetting about zoning.

The first Combat Reserve to be aimed at should be Engineering as this gives you a tremendous boost when capturing a zone. Zone capturing at ~65 gets you a full rank up. Got most of my Generals like this.

...Tonite things were not as fabulous though I still got a couple of them.

Progetto and T-44-100. Playstyle: well I try always be where the action is. shooting capping tanks or capping gives tons of "XP"

If your sector is stagnant - just drive on to the next.

No LT's and no HT's. LT's die too quick and HT's cant get there quick enough.

Dont be afraid to load up premium food - the income covers the costs.

Yes, your progression within your current prestige level goes on to the next episode.

When a grind needs more than 3-4 hours per day, that is "slavery".

Just think about it.

An average man/woman, either has to learn in school or has to work. Also has to do house work, socialize, etc.

Only people without job, pensioner have enogh free time.

Another thought, a workday is about 7-8 hours. A grind more than 3-4 hours per day? Looks like a second job.

17 isnt even halfway through. but consider: even the best player who avg 1000 rankpts - need to play 30 games. 20min per game = 600min = 10hrs

And I bet no one can get more than 1000 pts avg - there are matches where no one has time to get General.
