I'm afraid there's nothing anyone can do here on the forum. You need to contact WG customer support, through the WG website.

Contact the support. In case of premium tanks they should be able to help you - as long as you didn't play the tanks you bought.

IF you haven't used the tanks, apply for a refund and all issues should be fixed!
